With the proposal of the "strategic goal of building a strong country in sports" in the new era,China’s sports cause has been attached great importance,and more and more guidelines and the introduction of policies promote the development of China’s sports.Calisthenics as a full-body participation,suitable for young and old sports project,has the characteristics with fitness,entertainment and continuity,which is quite different from other sports.It not only embodies the combination of health and beauty,but also combined with art,music and other factors.Nowadays in China,the development of aerobics is on the rise,and this sport has been gradually included in the curriculum plans of universities,middle schools and primary schools,and profoundly adored by the masses,and has turned into an important form of physical exercise.School sports is an important part of China’s physical education system,the school aerobics curriculum,which has a very important role in promoting ithe physical and mental development,the improvement of aesthetic ability and other aspects,but also for China’s competitive sport to cultivate outstandingtalent reserve.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and so on,taking the present situation of aerobics in Langfang Vocational Colleges of Hebei province as the research object,this paper selects 10 vocational colleges such as Langfang Vocational and Technical College,Langfang Radio and Television University and Langfang Health Vocational College as the research object.This paper studies the students’ cognition,teachers’ situation,instructional objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and means,teaching environment,teaching evaluation and teaching feedback of vocational colleges in Langfang city,Hebei Province.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Aerobics teaching in higher vocational colleges in Langfang has entered the development stage in a fast and steady direction,and it is widely carried out in higher vocational colleges mainly in the form of elective courses,of which 40% have been teaching aerobics for more than 10 years.2.Most vocational colleges in Langfang,Hebei province do not have designated aerobics course materials,and many physical education teachers are free to choose what they teach.The teaching content which they choose is mainly mass aerobics and body-building,while the education-related content and the emergence of new sports programs have not been better popularized.3.Most of the aerobics teaching programs in higher vocational colleges in Langfang,Hebei province are mainly embodies in the teaching methods and means,butthe methods and means about modern teaching are not inclued in aerobics teaching and have not been implemented.At the same time,the model of aerobics course evaluation is too traditional,the evaluation method is too single,and the comprehensive consideration is insufficient.4.The lack of calisthenics teachers in most higher vocational colleges in Langfang Hebei province affects students’ participation in and cognition of calisthenics to some extent.It is one of the reasons why aerobics teaching is limited in some higher vocational colleges in Langfang.
