| In the era of growing popularity of aerobics,aerobics has a unique style and diverse practice forms,making it popular in schools,communities or fitness venues,universities,primary and middle schools,and ordinary people.In the context of national fitness and improvement of national health,aerobics has gradually become a major teaching content in physical education classes,which can better meet the physical and mental needs of students.In terms of psychology,primary school students are highly excited and tend to lose concentration,while aerobics has beautiful movements,a strong sense of rhythm,a bright rhythm,vigorous and powerful movements,and strong stimulation.It is easy to arouse people’ s interest and make students in a short period of time.You can focus on aerobics.In terms of physiology,the height and weight of elementary school students increase,and their cardiopulmonary function is enhanced.Aerobics can effectively change body composition such as body weight and body fat through physical exercises of different strengths and densities,and improve the functions of internal organs such as cardiovascular and respiratory systems.Based on the investigation,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of calisthenics in primary schools in Shijiazhuang City,and interview methods.Through investigation and analysis,it points out the related problems in the development of aerobics in Shijiazhuang elementary schools,and put forward corresponding solutions to the problem.The survey results show that the overall situation of the development of aerobics in primary schools in Shijiazhuang is not very optimistic.The main manifestations are:the society and school leaders pay less attention to aerobics in primary schools;parents emphasize intellectual education rather than physical education,and put too much pressure on learning;Class hours and teaching content are arranged randomly;school aerobics venues and equipment and other hardware facilities are not perfect;school aerobics extracurricular activities are too few;aerobics professional teachers are scarce,and teachers are weak;students’ awareness is low,etc.,combined with the above problems analyze the factors restricting the development of aerobics in primary schools,and put forward some reasonable and feasible suggestions to promote the development of aerobics in primary schools of Shijiazhuang. |
