Research objectives:With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,the attention of the whole society to sports has been greatly improved,and people are more and more concerned about their own health.In such a context,badminton ushered in a rapid development.More and more people begin to participate in badminton,which makes more researchers focus their research on badminton.However,most of the researchers mainly focus on two aspects,one is the badminton training,and the other is the badminton competition time structure.Few researchers have analyzed the physical fitness of badminton players.This paper mainly studies the badminton project from the Angle of physical quality,discusses in detail the influence of badminton on the improvement of beginners’ physical quality,and puts forward the specific methods of physical quality training.Research Methods:Literature material method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,analysis method,the selection of Shaanxi institute of technology of profession of traffic non-professional sports in the two groups were not exercise habit for a long time,did not take part in the formal system of badminton training college students to compare the teaching experiment,the experimental group students for a semester in a planned way of special badminton teaching,special control group students don’t participate in the badminton teaching,In the spare time can carry on their favorite sports.In the experiment,the influence of badminton semester teaching plan on the physical quality of non-PE college students was studied by controlling the irrelevant variables.Results:After one semester of badminton intervention teaching,compared with the data before the experiment,the development level of the strength quality,speed quality and endurance quality of the students in the experimental group is much better than that of the control group.In terms of strength quality,after 14 weeks of badminton teaching and training,there are significant differences between the test scores of male and female students in the experimental group and those before the test.For the control group,there is no significant difference in the test scores,which indicates that this sport can improve the strength quality of college students.Speed from quality point of view,through experimental data can,does not appear obvious difference to different tests,due to short test time,many test content is also need to further refine,so from the point of the existing data analysis,the quality of the students speed raising and badminton training has no direct relation for a short period of time,in other words,Short-term badminton training can not effectively improve the quality of speed.From the perspective of endurance quality,because of the particularity of badminton and the specific practice of teaching and training in colleges and universities,it can be concluded that there is no significant change in the influence of short time training on students’ endurance.From the perspective of flexibility,according to the data comparison before and after the experiment,it can be found that short-term badminton training does not significantly improve the flexibility of college students.Through the comprehensive analysis of all aspects,it can be found that because of the characteristics of this sport,teaching and training has a positive influence on students’ physique,and from the perspective of different physical performance,there are differences in the influence of the corresponding sports.Research Conclusions:The selected test indicators can reflect the level of physical quality development of non-sports college students.After a semester of teaching badminton intervention,the experimental group students’ power of quality,speed,quality,endurance quality significantly better than control group,the development level of badminton by semester teaching plan is effective,has promoting effect to the development of the college students’ physical quality,physical quality training of badminton sport also has the vital role.While improving the students’ physical quality,a virtuous circle of badminton training has been formed.
