Study On Cultivation Path Of Judging Ability Of Sanda Referees In Five Northwest Provinces

Referees play an important role in all kinds of games.Accurate judgment and fair judgment can promote the smooth progress of games and the benign development of sports.With the vigorous development of Sanda,higher requirements have been put forward for the referees themselves.It is an important prerequisite to ensure the fairness and justice of the Sanda competition to improve the referee’s judging ability of Sanda in the five provinces of Northwest China,and it is also the inner power to promote the sustainable development of Sanda in China.This paper adopts the following research methods: literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to find out the effective way to cultivate the referee’s decision ability in the five provinces of Northwest China,in order to provide more excellent referee talents for the development of China’s Wushu Sanda.The research conclusions are as follows :(1)Male referees are more than female referees,and the number of young referees is less.The referee’s English level is not enough to be improved.Referees have good foundation and potential.Most of the referees in the five provinces of Northwest China have high-level education,which is conducive to the development of Sanda,and the overall distribution of referees’ years of judging is also relatively balanced.(2)the five northwestern provinces of referees should strengthen their own familiar with the rules of competition,should also have a higher level of sanda technology,the provincial judge mostly in the provincial competitions of board cut levels,fewer international sanda competition referee,unfavorable to the referee to the international influence,the referee of cutting ability needs to promote.At the same time,the physical quality of referees should be strengthened.(3)Lack of talent training and management system,lack of management system for referees,northwest five provinces for the selection and transfer of referees have no effective methods,is not conducive to the professional development of referees needs,lack of training for referees.Most of the training is 1-2times a year,and most of the training is the temporary organization before the match,and should be a normal ideological education training for referees.(4)The main factors of the referee’s decision ability are good ideological and moral character and psychological quality,a higher level of martial arts Sanda skills,the ability to accurately implement the rules of the referee,good physical quality.(5)Training paths mainly include establishing provincial Sanda Referees Committee and Wushu Sanda Referees Association,formulating provincial development plans for referees,organizing training and assessment,and providing a platform for communication and interaction for Sanda referees.The electronic information database of referees shall be established,and the rewards,punishments and bad records shall be included in the personal file information to facilitate the selection and assignment of referees.Strengthen theoretical and professional learning,strengthen physical training,constantly improve their Sanda skills,study English seriously,and improve the use of computer level.Regular physical fitness,professional ethics and judging skills of referees will be assessed,the assessment results will be included in personal electronic files,and the referees will be recommended to the corresponding events according to the order of points.Strengthen the professional training of referees,strengthen the sense of service and self-improvement,enhance their own temperament of referees,improve the image of the referee team.
