Research purpose:(1)The research of Shanghai Outstanding Male Rowing Athletes routine physiological and biochemical indexes, plasma catecholamine(CA)and heart rate variability(HRV)changes in 14 weeks before the match in different training stages of recovery, analysis of different stages of training before the recovery function of body impact on athletes.(2)To explore the relationship between HRV and conventional physiological and biochemical indexes and CA in different stages of training before the game, and to explore the possibility of using HRV as an auxiliary means of monitoring the state of physical fitness of athletes.Research method:(1)the research object:Shanghai men's rowing team of the top 8 outstanding athletes.(2)according to the research plan:preparing for the October 2016 national Rowing Championships before the training arrangement, selection in the 2016.6.20-2016.9.25 of different stages of training(8 weeks on the strength training on the training and 6 weeks)of Shanghai men's rowing team athletes tested HRV,physiological and biochemical and CA period of quiet recovery every 2 weeks after training after the test,a total of 14 weeks.HRV test, physiological and biochemical tests and CA tests at 13:00-16:00 Sunday afternoon,in order to ensure the synchronization of 3 indicators of the test, the HRV test immediately after the acquisition of athletes elbow venous blood 4.5ml(including EDTA 2ml and heparin sodium anticoagulation blood anticoagulant blood 2.5ml).(3)test indicators:Heart rate variability index:SDNN,RMSSD,SDSD,TP,HF,HFn.u.,LF,LFn.u.,VLF,LF/HF.Conventional physiological and biochemical indexes:BU,CK,WBC,HB,T,C and T/C.Plasma catecholamine index:E,NE and DA.Research results:(1)before the end of the training period, after the restoration of WBC C level was preparing for decreased(P>0.05),HB is preparing before training was significantly lower(P<0.05),BU,CK,T and T/C levels were elevated before preparing for training(P>0.05).Overall,T and T/C showed an upward trend in the whole training process,C showed a downward trend.(2)at the end of the training, the athletes' HRV level and vagal modulation function were improved, and the peak value of SDSD,RMSSD,TP and HF reached the peak at the end of the training. The HRV index SDNN,RMSSD,SDSD,TP,HF in the recovery period after the intensity training were less than before training, but remained at a high level. At the end of the training before the game, the stability of the sympathetic vagus nerve regulationfunction of the vagus nerve is dominant.(3)the features of HFn.u.and LFn.u.changes in the training phase, instead, showed HFn.u.in the amount of training before 4 weeks gradually reduced to the minimum,LFn.u.gradually increased to the maximum(P>0.05),before the end of the training of HFn.u.increased to the level before preparing for training, close to the level before preparing for LFn.u..(4)before the end of the training period, after the restoration of NE E and DA were significantly lower than those preparing for training before(P<0.05),and in the whole training process,CA was affected by the training load for the amount of training decreased steadily, gradually rise in characteristics of strength training stage.(5)there was a significant negative correlation between NE and WBC in the recovery phase of upper training,E and DA had significant negative correlation with T(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between E and HB(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between NE and HB in the recovery period before the training, and there was a significant positive correlation between E and WBC(P<0.05).(6)there was a significant correlation between HRV and most of the physiological and biochemical indexes during the pre competition training. It is shown that the HRV time domain index SDNN,RMSSD,SDSD and the biochemical index BU have significant positive correlation with T(P<0.05).There was significant positive correlation between TP,HF and BU(P<0.05).There was significant negative correlation between LF and T(P<0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between TP and T(P<0.05).The training before the recovery stage HRV index SDNN,RMSSD,SDSD,TP and BU have significant positive correlation(P<0.05),there was a significant negative correlation with T(P<0.05);there is significant positive correlation between LF and HB,there was a significant negative correlation with T(P<0.05);VLF there are significant negative correlation with T(P<0.05).Research conclusion:(1)the physical performance of athletes was stable after the pre competition volume training stage and the upper strength training stage, and there was no obvious fatigue accumulation phenomenon.Compared with the previous training stage, the body function status of the athletes in the last stage of intensive training is obviously improved.(2)before the end of the training function of autonomic nerve of quiet sympathetic nerve regulation weakened, the regulation of the dominant, the sympathovagal balance enhanced functional stability in high intensity exercise in improving the autonomic nervous system.(3)heart rate variability has some synchronization with plasma catecholamine and routine physiological and biochemical indexes in monitoring athletes' functional status. And heart rate variability index of SDNN,RMSSD,SDSD and TP with normal physiological and biochemical indexes of BU have significant positive correlation, significant negative correlation with T;HF and BU have significant positive correlation;LF and T have significant negative correlation,so the analysis of heart rate variability can be used as a routine monitoring function means auxiliary means used in physical condition monitoring of rowers.
