The 21 st century is an era of rapid development of information.Social media has become the most direct source of information,and plays an important role in people’s daily life.Microblog is one of the social media with high activity,which fully meets the increasing social needs of Internet users,and provides entertainment,learning,communication and other functions.After the appearance of COVID-19 in 2020,the micro-blog platform became the main domain of mass interaction,communication and entertainment during epidemic prevention and control.With the rapid development of microblog platform,there are also some obvious disadvantages.These problems will cause the users to generate special emotional emotions.Under the guidance of emotion,micro blog users may make improper behavior comments.If they do not supervise,they will develop into microblog public opinion,even cause bad social impact.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the emotional rules of microblog users in the face of microblog emergencies,understand the evolution process of microblog public opinion events,and put forward practical guiding strategies.This paper uses Python to capture the micro blog text,takes Sina Weibo "Zhang buckle event" as the research topic,takes the microblog user group as the main object of this study,and studies the core elements of microblog public opinion by using root theory,calculates the emotional tendency value of microblog users,and combines the life cycle theory,The author concludes six core elements with key influence,which is a collection of 15 categories,and clarifies the relationship between these concepts and microblog users.The root theory adopted in this paper is a qualitative research method,which can play a better role in the research of microblog public opinion,and can effectively supervise the microblog public opinion according to the research results,guide the formulation of microblog users’ emotional strategies reasonably,so as to maintain the healthy operation of microblog platform.The experimental results show that the emotion of microblog users has an important influence on the evolution of microblog public opinion.The research method of this paper is open and rigorous,which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of grounded theory in the research of microblog public opinion communication,expands the new perspective of microblog public opinion research and understands the dynamic of microblog public opinion communication,The paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures for each stage of microblog public opinion. |
