In this paper,research methods such as literature,testing and mathematical statistics are adopted to select the top three athletes(Liu Qizhen,Zhao Qinggang and Ma Qun)in the men’s javelin final of the World Athletics Championships(Shenyang Station)in August 2019 as the research object.During the competition,the range of testing technology is filmed by fixed-point machine.The best shots of the top three athletes were selected as the research samples,and APAS and Dart Fish kinematics software were used to analyze the relevant test samples.Based on the test data and kinematics parameters,the characteristics of individual final exertion technique are analyzed comprehensively,and the relationship between the most exertion technique and kinematics parameters among domestic javelin throwers is expounded.Summing up the main factors that restrict the development of the final exertion,this paper provides a useful supplement for the further development of the overall level of male javelin throwing in China.The research results were as follows :(1)The overall characteristics of the last two steps of the three domestic high-level male javelin athletes were "long-short" type,and there were differences in the initiative of the left foot in the final force technique buffering stage between individuals.Liu Qizhen and Ma Qun’s last step was longer,and the throwing pace was different from that of foreign elite athletes.(2)In terms of the backward Angle of the torso of Liu Qizhen and Zhao Qinggang,the backward Angle of the torso of Liu Qizhen and Zhao Qinggang showed a decreasing trend of2.8°--3° when the left foot touched the ground(T1)and the right foot touched the ground(T2)in the cross step,which was in line with the relevant laws.The backward tilt Angle of the body of the herd showed an increasing trend of 1.4°.Zhao Qinggang’s action features showed a greater range of transcendence.(3)The variation characteristics of the throwing elbow joint of Liu Qizhen and Zhao Qinggang conform to the general rules.The Angle of the throwing elbow joint of the horses is quite different from that of the foreign athletes,which shows that the extension of the throwing arm is not sufficient before the final exerting technique,and the bending range of the throwing elbow joint is too large,and there are signs of "bending elbow" exerting force in advance.(4)the domestic athletes on the left side support are in accordance with the technical movement of left knee joint Angle shows the characteristics of gradually stretch,Liu Qizhen,sell Zhao Qinggang instant knee joint angles were greater than the last step left foot touchdown moment(T3)point of view,showing the last technology has good stretching in the left leg,create favorable conditions for the last.The Angle of the left knee joint at the moment of firing was smaller than that at the moment of T3 and T4,which reflected that the left leg to some extent had insufficient support and extension force,the extension of the left knee joint became smaller,and the dynamic chain affecting the hip rotation,shoulder roll-elbow rotation could not be connected effectively.(5)The technical characteristics of domestic javelin throwers at the moment of firing,the stability of the Angle of firing among the three athletes is greatly different,and the average value of the Angle of firing is higher than the foreign excellent level,which affects the efficiency of the attack along the vertical axis.The research conclusions are as follows :(1)The last two steps of domestic high level male javelin throwers show a "long-short" pattern,and the difference between the last two of Zhao Qinggang’s throwing steps is the largest.(2)The average value of the torso backward Angle of domestic high level male javelin throwers(T1,T2)was higher than that of foreign athletes,and the characteristics of the torso backward Angle of Zhao Qinggang were significantly different from those of Liu Qizhen and Ma Qun.The movement features show larger turns and greater transcendence.(3)Liu Qizhen has the highest utilization rate of run-up speed in the last force technique buffering stage--whipping stage.The sequence of buffering and whipping movements is reasonable,and the timing of movement completion accelerates the release speed of the javelin. |
