Housekeeping vocational education which is a form of education for cultivating housekeeping talents with proficient housekeeping skills is closely related to the development of society and economy as well as people’s family life.With the economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for housekeeping services is increasing.However,home economics vocational education has always been weak in China’s national education system and cannot meet the needs of the market.Home economics vocational education involves multiple stakeholders,and there are a series of conflicts between the subjects due to the different interest demands,which have a profound impact on the development of home economics vocational education.This research is based on stakeholder theory,using questionnaire survey to define and analyze the stakeholders in home economics vocational education,which focuses on the core stakeholder’s interest demand including government,domestic enterprises,and higher vocational colleges as well as students.At the same time,it anlyzes the conflicts arising from the pursuit and realization of their own interests by various stakeholders,including conflicts between the government and higher vocational colleges,conflicts between the government and domestic enterprises,higher vocational colleges The conflicts between schools and domestic enterprises,the conflicts between higher vocational colleges and students,and the conflicts between domestic enterprises and students,and this further indicates that the conflicts between stakeholders in domestic vocational education are generated under the premise that the fundamental interests are consistent.Afterwards,this research conducts an in-depth exploration of the causes of conflicts and finds that the different values upheld by various stakeholders are a fundamental cause of conflicts,and the lack of effective coordination mechanisms for various stakeholders is a significant reason.Based on the perspective of coordinated development,several important measures are proposed.First,starting from the root cause of the conflict,it is proposed to realize the integration of value rationality and instrumental rationality to improve the social recognition of home economics vocational education.Second,to solve the problem of lack of cooperation mechanism among various stakeholders,construct domestic vocational education stakeholder collaboration mechanisms mainly include interest-driven mechanism,policy guarantee mechanism,advantage sharing mechanism,feed back and evaluation mechanism.Third,it is proposed from the micro level that each subject should give full play to their initiative,including the government should givefull play to the leading role and domestic enterprises should participate in the process of home economics vocational education.Higher vocational colleges should complete the home economics vocational education system,and students ought to recognize the value of home economics vocational education.These measures will provide reference for realizing the coordinated development of stakeholders in our country’s political vocational education,and ultimately promote the long-term development of home economics vocational education.
