The state's comprehensive national power and international competition will depend on the ability of acquiring knowledge, using knowledge and innovating knowledge, as well as the competition of the ability of changing knowledge into productivity through technology and the benefits. In the era of knowledge economy, talent demand is in great demand by the society in many aspects—not only those academic talented persons who change objective laws into scientific principle and discipline systems, but also those who can put scientific principle and the discipline system of knowledge into the engineering design and those who change these designs into the material wealth of technology-oriented, skilled talents.Vocational education is the main undertaker to train skilled, technical and applied talents. It is an education class which has the most direct and the most closely professional contact with economic and social development. As the combined point of education and economy ,vocational education is the communicating bridge of education and various kinds of social professions. In the national vocational education working meeting, the premier Zhu Rongji pointed out, "To speed up the development of vocational education, is the most effective way to develop human resources and improve the quality of first-line workers'production, operation, management and service." With the national attention and support in vocational education in recent years, vocational education is growing rapidly. How vocational education coordinates with the development of economy gradually becomes the whole social common concern. This paper sets the main research object in Henan province, combined with the present situation of the development of vocational education, comprehensive use of pedagogy, economics and statistics theory and method, comprehensively and systematically analyzes the problems in many aspects of coordination of vocational education and economic development in Henan province, and finally comes up with some feasible advice from the macro system coordination development point of view.This paper, takes the human capital theory and Marxism education economic ideas as the basis of theoretical analysis and the present situation of the economic development of Henan province and professional education development situation of Henan province for the premise. It selects the related representative, analyzes Henan vocational education and economic development, and quantitatively analyzes the relationship between the vocational education and economic growth. As for the research of the coordination of vocational education and the economic development, this paper analyzes respectively from the professional education in development scale, speed and economic development scale, speed, vocational education specialty structure and industrial structure, economic structure and labor technical structure, vocational education layout structure and economic layout structure. Meanwhile, as for the research of the short-term mutual influence between vocational education and economy, the paper establishes the multivariate linear regression mathematics model for the vocational education of Henan province. It also predicts the future development of vocational education all across the province and the results are illustrated.Finally, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the coordinated development of vocational education and economy as well as the prediction of the scale of vocational education, this paper comes up with some countermeasures about the coordinated development of vocational education and economy. |
