| Upon the arrival of the new media era and the popularity of smart phones,communication software based on Internet platform has gradually become the main daily communication tool for people.“Internet + education” has become a challenge posed to the schools by the era.In school education field,education informationization has become the trend.Compared with traditional school official website,blog,and QQ,WeChat has become a new communication channel between the school and family owing to its features of real time,interaction,high efficiency,low cost,fast publicity,etc.More and more schools select to have official WeChat public platform as the tool for teaching assistance,cooperative education of the family and kindergarten,school management and brand communication.WeChat public platform is becoming an assistant for the school to release information,promote family and school contact and build a good school image.However,in actual operation,many schools ignore the construction and management of the platform and fail to give full play to the real communication value of WeChat public platform.Therefore,the schools should think about how to master the opportunities,give full play to the function features of the WeChat,innovate education modes,practically master the school management reform under the WeChat environment,and further improve and enhance campus management.Firstly,based on the social needs of current pre-school education development,national policy and individual interest,by consulting and sorting out relevant studies on cooperative education of the family and kindergarten as well as WeChat public platform domestic and overseas,this study has had feasibility analysis for the study of WeChat public platform’s boosting role in cooperative education of the family and kindergarten and sorted out the major significance of WeChat public platform’s boosting role in cooperative education of the family and kindergarten.Secondly,this paper adopts literature study,content analysis,and questionnaire,flows the steps of“putting forward the question—analyzing literature—studying and designing—analyzing data—studying the conclusion”,selects Xi’an First Nursery school as the study case,takes content analysis method to have all-round analysis for the function,content,family-kindergarten interaction,and management of the study case’s WeChat public platform;selects part of the kindergarten management personnel,teachers and parents as the investigation objects,and explores the application status quo of kindergarten platform and the parents’ satisfaction on X kindergarten promoting the cooperative education of the family and kindergarten by utilizing the WeChat public platform.The paper induces that the WeChat public platform has the advantages of diversified contents and themes,consistency with user’s needs,wide application of photos and texts,different audio and video assistance in operation and service,but also has the problems of indistinctive role definition,irregular push cycle,loose operation team,management system lack,interactive feedback channel lack,lag of information update,disordered column management,etc.Based on relevant theories of communication mode and features of WeChat,this paper puts forward operable rational recommendations for the management and operation of WeChat public account: position the platform scientifically to achieve the optimal value;complete the feedback mechanism to enhance interaction with the accepter;expand function application to optimize the platform construction;construct operation team to formulate operation system;condense innovation awareness to build campus culture,aiming at enhancing the cooperation between the family and kindergarten and the communication between the teacher and parents for better development of the children.This paper expects to provide reference and provoke consideration for the reform that the school utilizes the WeChat platform as a management means through this study.Generally speaking,the opening of Wechat public platform has established a network platform surpassing time and space boundary for cooperative education of the family and kindergarten and created a “convenient and fast” communication channel for both the family and kindergarten,and had striking effect for the cooperation of the family and kindergarten.However,the WeChat public platform is not universal,unable to completely replace these traditional cooperative education means of the family and kindergarten,such as parents’ meeting,visit to the child’s home,school opening day for parents,etc.That is to say,the new means of WeChat public platform and traditional cooperative education of the family and kindergarten are not completely confronting,but supplementary and mutual benefiting.In case the kindergarten can apply both cooperative education means of the family and kindergarten well,an idea effect of cooperative education of the family and kindergarten will certainly be achieved for the better development of the children. |
