| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that my country is in a period of economic development from "high speed" to "high quality".This not only requires the establishment of a modern economic system in my country to be implemented as soon as possible,but also puts forward greater demand for the speed of kinetic energy replacement.The construction of my country’s real economy is the focus of modern economic construction,and the manufacturing industry is the main body of productive service activities.It will become a breakthrough in the road to high-quality development.To achieve high-quality development of the national economy,the manufacturing industry should first be promoted.High-quality development.Since the reform and opening up,in order to support the development of my country’s manufacturing industry,the government has allowed industrial enterprises to gain development advantages by lowering the prices of factor resources.Although this approach can reduce the production costs of enterprises,it also means that the market’s price adjustment mechanism has been destroyed.Prices are in a distorted state,severely reducing the production efficiency of the manufacturing industry.In addition,the distortion of factor prices means that the reduction of residents’ income and the widening of residents’ income gap have largely restrained residents’ consumption and lowered the level of employment in my country,which is not conducive to the highquality development of manufacturing.Based on the above background,this article studies the influence mechanism of factor price distortions on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,finds ways to improve high-quality development,and puts forward relevant suggestions.First,through the establishment of a transcendental logarithmic function,the factor price distortion was measured and analyzed,and it was found that from 2005 to 2017,the factor market generally showed a state of negative distortion.Among them,the price distortions of capital factors have been alleviated and show a downward trend,while the price distortions of labor and energy factors have shown an upward trend;secondly,the manufacturing industry has been constructed from the five major aspects of economic efficiency,innovative development,high-end development,openness and green development.The indicator system of high-quality development has been measured and analyzed.It is found that the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry is slowly rising,and the regional differences are extremely obvious,showing a downward trend from east to west.Furthermore,it is verified that the price distortions of different factors affect manufacturing.The direct and indirect effects of the high-quality development of the industry have found that the price distortions of factor prices have a significant inhibitory effect on the high quality of the manufacturing industry,and the inhibitory effect is in the state of energy factor> labor factor> capital factor,and there is regional heterogeneity.At the same time,it proves the existence of the influence mechanism of "increasing factor price distortion-reducing household consumption-inhibiting the high-quality development of manufacturing" and "increasing factor price distortion-reducing the employment rate-inhibiting the highquality development of manufacturing".Finally,find the improvement path for the development of the manufacturing industry and put forward suggestions: gradually deepen the reform of the factors to give full play to the real function of the market;Promote the development of manufacturing industry from "demographic dividend" to "talent dividend";rationally regulate capital investment and promote capital "upgrade and quality improvement";appropriately use rational energy subsidies and tax policies to promote the marketization of energy factor prices;promote enterprise innovation and technology Progress to achieve high-quality development in the manufacturing industry... |
