Abstract/Summary:
Objective: To investigate the current status of sleep quality,physical activity and physical activity of college students,understand and analyze the relationship between physical activity,physical activity and sleep,and provide a theoretical basis for improving college students’ sleep quality.Method: Randomly select college students(non-sports majors)in public physical education classes of two universities in Hunan as the survey object,adopt a questionnaire method,and use the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)to test the current state of sleep of college students;use The International Physical Activity Question-naire(IPAQ)and a self-made college student physical activity questionnaire evaluate the past physical activity of college students.Sports SPSS25.0 conducts data statistics and analysis on the results of the questionnaire.Results:(1)The proportion of college students with poor sleep quality is 23.45%.There are differences in sleep medication scores among college students of different genders(P<0.05).There are significant differences in subjective sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,and sleep disorders(P<0.01),and there are extremely significant differences in daytime dysfunction(P<0.001));There are extremely significant differences in the sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction scores of college students of different grades(P<0.001).(2)There is a significant difference in the length of sitting on working days among college students of different genders(P<0.001),and a significant difference in the length of sitting on rest days(P<0.01).There was a difference in the length of sitting on working days among college students of different grades(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the length of sitting on rest days(P>0.05).There is a correlation between the working-day sitting time of college students and the quality of sleep(B=0.087,P<0.05).(3)College students have the lowest energy consumption in work activities(166.67±88.97MET-mins/week),and the highest energy consumption in sports and leisure activities(930.00±897.80MET-mins/week);college students of different genders have extremely high consumption of housework and physical activities Significant difference(P<0.001),there is a significant difference in physical activity consumption of leisure sports(P<0.01),and there is no statistically significant difference in the consumption of various types of physical activity among college students of different grades(P>0.05).The consumption of physical activity in traffic was negatively correlated with the total PSQI score(B=-0.365),and there was a very significant correlation(P<0.001);the consumption of physical activity in sports and leisure was negatively correlated with the total PSQI score(B=-0.467),there is a very significant association(P<0.001);there is a negative correlation between housework physical activity consumption and the total PSQI score(B=-3.266),and there is a significant association(P<0.01).College students have the highest proportion of moderate-intensity physical activity(68.65%),and there is a significant difference between the level of physical activity intensity and sleep quality(P<0.01).(4)The number of college students participating in different sports activities,the duration of sports activities,the frequency of sports activities,the subjective intensity of physical activities,whether they have physical activity habits,and sleep quality have extremely significant differences(P<0.001),and the sleep quality is the best group Among them,the proportion of college students participating in 1 sports activity is the highest(37.2%),the proportion of sports activities lasting 30min-60 min is the highest(44.1%),and the frequency of sports activities is the highest(34.4%)Subjective feelings of moderate intensity accounted for the highest proportion(46.2%),and those with physical activity habits accounted for the highest proportion(75.3%).There was no statistically significant difference in the time period of participation in different sports activities and sleep quality(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The difference in sleep quality of college students of different genders is that the subjective sleep quality of girls is worse than that of boys,the time to fall asleep is later than that of boys,the sleep time is shorter than that of boys,the sleep disorder is more than that of boys,the daytime dysfunction is higher than that of boys,and boys use sleeping drugs more;The difference in sleep quality among college students in different grades is that sophomores fall asleep later than freshmen,sleep efficiency is lower than freshmen,sleep disturbances are more than freshmen,and they may use sleeping drugs to hypnotize more than freshmen.The sleep time of students is shorter than that of sophomores,and the daytime dysfunction is higher than that of sophomores.(2)The length of meditation on working days and rest days(6.73 h,6.57h)of girls is higher than that of boys(5.69 h,6.04h),and the length of working days(6.46h)of freshmen students is higher than that of sophomores(6.14h);The sedentary behavior of college students will directly and indirectly affect the quality of sleep.The longer the sitting time,the worse the sleep quality.(3)College students have the highest consumption of physical activity in sports and leisure;girls consume more physical activities in housework than boys,and consume less in sports and leisure activities than boys.There was no statistically significant difference in physical activity consumption of college students of different grades.Physical activities such as transportation,housework,and sports and leisure can effectively promote college students’ sleep quality;college students mainly focus on moderate-intensity physical activity levels,and moderate-intensity physical activities have a better effect on promoting sleep.(4)The physical activities of college students are mainly various ball games and running,and the proportion of people with good sleep quality participating in 1sports activity is higher;the duration of sports activities is 30min-60 min,the frequency is 3-4 times/week,and the moderate intensity is maintained.Sleep quality has a better promoting effect;college students with physical activity habits have better sleep quality;there is no statistically significant difference in sleep quality between groups of different physical activity participation time periods.
