The results of the Chinese Students' Physical Fitness and Health Survey Report in 2014 show that compared with the continuous improvement of the physical fitness level of primary and secondary school students,the physical fitness level of college students is on the contrary showing a continuous downward trend,and the decline of male students' physical fitness is more serious.Modern research shows that changes in lifestyle have more and more impact on physical health.The decline in sleep quality and inadequate physical activity are important factors affecting physical health.Therefore,in order to grasp the status quo of sleep quality,physical activity level and physical health of College students,and to study the possible correlation between them,1005 students(265 boys and 740 girls)of Gannan Normal University were selected as the subjects of investigation and test.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and International Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ)were used to conduct the research.The sleep quality and physical activity level of elephants were investigated by questionnaires.At the same time,the "National Students' Physical Health Standards" test project is the main,supplemented by physical percentage,quiet heart rate and blood pressure and other indicators to carry out the laboratory test of students' physical health.The results show that: 5.1 Sleep quality disorders are widespread among college students.One fifth of college students live with sleep quality problems.Sleep disorders of female students are more serious than that of male students.5.2 The individual difference of physical activity level among college students is very large.Nearly half of the students are difficult to reach the minimum standard recommended by ACSM.At the same time,in terms of gender differences,the physical activity level of female students is relatively lower than that of male students.5.3 The higher the level of physical activity per week,the better the sleep quality of College students.Especially high intensity physical activity(P < 0.01)and moderate intensity physical activity(P < 0.01)are the most helpful to promote sleep quality.Walking had no significant effect on sleep quality(P > 0.05).5.4 The cardiopulmonary function of college students with good sleep quality is better than that of college students with sleep quality problems.There is a significant difference between them(P < 0.01),and BMI of college students with sleep quality tends to be underweight.5.5 There is a significant correlation between sleep quality and physical health of College students.The better the cardiopulmonary function,the higher the sleep quality,and the higher the percentage of body fat,the longer the time needed to fall asleep,which is related to the sleep problems caused by obesity.The sleeping quality of the invisible obese women who are underweight and have low muscle content is worse.5.6 There is a positive correlation between physical activity level and physical health,which is mainly manifested in speed,explosive force,flexibility,cardiopulmonary endurance and other indicators.The higher the level of physical activity,the better the effect of promoting physical health.The physical activity level of college students has little effect on body shape index(BMI,body fat percentage).5.7 There is a significant correlation between sleep quality,physical activity level and physical health.College students with high physical activity level and physical health level have better sleep quality.
