The Study Of The Role Of Counsellor In Undergraduate Colleges In The Career Planning Of College Students

The career planning education for undergraduate college students is a systematic and comprehensive work.It requires the cooperation of all teachers,and the instructor plays a most important role in it.Based on the transitional period of new colleges and universities in the reform of education mechanism,to ensure the smooth development of college students career planning curriculum,we need to clarify the concept and basic development theories of college career planning education,and lay a theoretical foundation for the development of education curriculum.By strengthening the role of counselors in guiding,managing,and educating university students,the college counselors can take advantage of college students in management and education,help college students to better understand themselves,find their own strengths and weaknesses,and establish a correct outlook on employment.Scientifically and reasonably plan for the sustainable development of one’s own profession.In view of the current problems of inadequate management of colleges and universities,low quality of counselors,and weak subjective awareness of college students,this paper proposes that the management of professional career planning education courses in newly promoted undergraduate colleges and universities should be strengthened,the curriculum setting method should be innovated,and the instructors should be strengthened.The team’s theoretical knowledge and practical experience will promote the attention of college students to career planning and enhance the ability of college students’ career planning.
