Analysis Of The Management Of Sports Associations In Colleges And Universities Based On The Allocation Of Organizational Resources

There are more than one hundred years of history in Chinese colleges and universities,and sports associations are undoubtedly the most distinctive of the colleges and universities.The rapid development of education since the reform and opening up has also brought new opportunities for the prosperity of college sports associations in China.Today,most colleges and universities have the existence of college sports associations.Under the direct leadership of college party committees and league committees,they make full use of them.The organizational resources of all aspects of colleges and universities bring college students the services they need to join campus sports activities.Although from the good momentum of the development of sports associations in China’s major universities,the management system of college sports associations in China has been relatively mature,but this maturity does not obscure the problems behind it,but in various factors affecting the management of college sports organizations.In the process of organizational resource allocation as a key element of community management,a slight problem will affect the overall development of college sports associations.In order to better promote the continuous improvement of the management mode of colleges and universities in China,the author selected five colleges and universities in Zhaoqing as the research object,through interviews with the sports associations,questionnaire survey,after understanding the development status and resource allocation status,before use The mature research theory examines the allocation of resources and organizations,and finds that these college sports associations have certain disadvantages in terms of manpower,material,information,relationship and finance.They are mainly reflected in:(1)schools do not pay attention to sports associations,leading to activity facilities.It is difficult to implement in place;(2)the management of the community is not in place,it is not scientific,resulting in insufficient allocation of existing resources;(3)the association fails to carry out more activities expected by its members,and the members lack interest in participation;The community does not grasp the existing information resources,resulting in insufficient understanding of the sports associations;(5)there is very little communication among the various sports associations,resulting in the wasted resources,and the activities organized by the school community alone are difficult to meet the needs of students.(6)Insufficient funds and improper management of the associations make it difficult for the association to achieve stable exhibitions.These factors directly lead to difficulties and challenges in the development of these sports associations.Based on this,this paper combines the realistic situation of college sports associations in Zhaoqing City,and proposes the following countermeasures:(1)In order to enable sports associations in Colleges and universities to achieve the goal of extracurricular physical exercise in Colleges and universities in China,Guangdong Provincial Education Supervisor should attach great importance to the development of sports associations,and use it as a platform for college students to display their talents;(2)Colleges and universities have good human resources advantages,and sports associations should Make full use of this advantage,change and optimize the training mechanism of the cadre of the association,reduce the error rate of the management operation of the association,improve the management level of the association,and allow the social professionals to assist the management of the operation of the association;(3)Optimize the financial management mechanism of the association To make it professional,open and free;(4)School sports departments,associations should strengthen communication with the community,make full use of the school’s various resources to achieve the sound development of sports associations: use existing material resources to develop student enthusiasm Sports activities,the school also wants to develop sports clubs Into the teaching plan,to provide professional learning opportunities for the community,so that the sports community is more attractive to students;(5)focus on community publicity,enhance its visibility in colleges and universities through various channels,thereby attracting more students to join(6)Optimizing the organizational structure of the community management,especially the school league committee and the school sports department should pay more attention to the development of the sports community,and work with the community managers to complete the organization of the community activities with high quality.
