Study On The Kids Loss Of Top Class In Urban Public Kindergarten

In recent years,the development of preschool education has been paid high attention to by governments at all levels,both public kindergartens and private kindergartens have got varying degrees of development.The urban public kindergarten has become the best choice during the enrollment of the bottom class by low tuition fees and high quality software and hardware.But even the high-quality public kindergarten(five-star kindergarten,provincial exemplary kindergarten,etc.),"the best choice" of the parents is abandoned by most of parents,thus there is a big kids loss of top class.The research on this phenomenon is extremely rare,especially the study on analysis of the causes of kids loss for the top class in public kindergartens.The study takes the YL Kindergarten in Taiyuan City as an example.By interviewing with the top class’ s parents,teachers in kindergartens and primary schools,and some relevant educational institutes,to find out the causes of kids loss in public kindergartens through the real phenomenon.On this basis,combing with interviews and observation data to analyzes the negative effects of the top class loss in public kindergartens.Then put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for different levels schools and related educational institutes to reduce the top class loss in public kindergartens,and let more kids of the age below 6 stay away from advanced learning and can accept more scientific and suitable education right before they are admitted to primary school.The study found that there is a big total amount of the kids loss of top class in urban public kindergartens.The loss has a historical period,and the time of loss appears a certain regularity.The period and time mainly focuses on the end of the middle class,which is right before the top class.And private kindergarten is the main direction of the kids loss of the top class in public kindergartens.Through study on the causes of kids loss of the top class in urban public kindergartens,it turns out parents are influenced by unscientific childcare concepts,then they make a decision to leave public kindergarten and turn to private kindergarten for advanced study.Public kindergartens focus much on making best for the admissions of the bottom class,so putting less energy on solving the loss of top classes.In order to meet the unreasonable requirements for parents,the private kindergartens adopt to open a "preschool class” as the reply to the unreasonable demand;due to education administrative departments paid less attention to preschool education,making the supervision of kindergarten scientific education turns be quite least;teachers in public kindergarten do not have time to communicate parents,and the adopted.Measures have no effect on how to make effective teaching before going to primary schools.These are important reasons for the kids loss of top class in urban public kindergartens found by my study.The kids loss of the top class in urban public kindergartens entered the preschool class of the private kindergartens.The learn first-year’s knowledge of primary schools in advance,it exacerbated the tendency of private kindergarten into primary schools’ education,causing the waste of high quality education resources in public kindergartens,and hold up the healthy development of the child’s mind and mental health.It does harm to the future study growth in pupils.Based on this situation,the paper will put forward feasible and operative countermeasures and suggestions for different levels schools and related educational institutes.
