Confrontational teacher-student relationship refers to a state in which there is basically no communication between teachers and students,and there is no temperature in their feelings.If teachers and students are in this state for a long time,the relationship between them will become more and more rigid.The poor relationship between teachers and students not only affects the growth of students,but also causes teachers’job burnout.According to the number of students and teachers,the confrontational teacher-student relationship can be divided into two types:group type and individual type.This research is based on the author’s internship experience in M Middle School in Lianyuan City.The research objects are mainly students and teachers in a certain class of eighth grade.The teacher-student relationship of the class is investigated on the spot,and the social ecological theory is used to comprehensively analyze the causes of the confrontational teacher-student relationship.In the analysis of specific cases,this research mainly uses the label theory,and the communication theory is mainly used in the intervention process guide.This research is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the background of the topic selection,research significance,relevant domestic and foreign literature reviews,research methods and theoretical foundation;the second part is mainly about the eighth middle school of Lianyuan City A field survey of the phenomenon of teacher-student confrontation in a class of a grade is presented;the third part mainly uses social ecological system theory to integrate the reasons for the confrontation between teachers and students of a class of eighth grade from factors such as students,teachers,class atmosphere,school management,and surrounding communities.Conduct an analysis;the fourth part is mainly the complete practical process of the social work method intervention in the confrontational teacherstudent relationship,divided into individual confrontation and group confrontation intervention;the fifth part is the summary and reflection on the social work intervention confrontation teacher-student relationship;the sixth part is the conclusion.
