| The development of Internet technology has changed the communication environment,improved the voice of the public,and promoted the expression of social situation and public opinion.However,the rapid dissemination and wide coverage of network information make it easy for emergencies in real society to cause a large number of social people to gather in cyberspace,form network public opinion,and become an adverse factor affecting social stability.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s tourism industry,the number of emergencies in the tourism industry has also increased.Because it involves the vital interests of the public,emergencies in the tourism industry are often easy to attract the attention of the public.Under the amplification effect of network communication,it is very easy to evolve into network public opinion,damage the image of tourism destination,hinder the development of tourism industry and bring adverse impact to the government.As a famous grassland tourism area in China,the Internet public opinion caused by the event of tourists rolling over the grassland in Duolun County has damaged the local image,affected the development of the local tourism industry and damaged the credibility of the government.Therefore,taking the case of tourists rolling over the grassland in Duolun County as an example,this paper studies the network public opinion government governance of tourism industry emergencies.The paper consists seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the writing background,significance and purpose of the paper,the literature related to emergency network public opinion,and explains the research methods and technical route,so as to lay the foundation for the writing of the whole paper.The second part introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper,mainly including emergencies,network public opinion,network public opinion governance and crisis management theory,public opinion cycle theory and "silent spiral" theory.The third part analyzes the network public opinion of tourists rolling over the grassland in Duolun County.Based on a brief review of the events,this paper analyzes the evolution and development of network public opinion and the focus of Internet users.The fourth part introduces the current situation of government governance of online public opinion in the event of tourists rolling over the grassland in Duolun County,and analyzes the specific response measures of the government in each stage of the development of online public opinion.The fifth part designs a questionnaire based on the focus of netizens and the current situation of government governance,and takes tourism practitioners and tourists as the survey object to evaluate the effect of government governance.The sixth part is based on the above analysis,summarizes and combs the problems existing in the network public opinion government governance of emergencies in the tourism industry in Inner Mongolia,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The seventh part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and finally reviews the research conclusions and prospects of the full text.Through research and analysis,the research conclusions of this paper include: first,the social people have high enthusiasm to participate in public affairs management,pay attention to public interests and ecological environment protection,and gradually improve the awareness of the rule of law.Second,the evaluation of tourism practitioners on the network public opinion and government governance effect of tourists rolling over the grassland in Duolun county is at a medium level,while the evaluation made by tourists is low,and the evaluation results of the two groups are different.Third,the government has three problems in the network public opinion management of emergencies in the tourism industry in Inner Mongolia:insufficient prevention,inadequate response and disposal and lack of aftermath treatment.Fourth,the government needs to improve and optimize the governance of network public opinion for emergencies in the tourism industry in Inner Mongolia by strengthening the network public opinion monitoring and early warning system,improving the response effect of network public opinion,actively interacting with Internet users and the media,and exploring the use of big data. |
