| As the country has paid more and more attention to vocational education in recent years,it is urgent to find a teaching method suitable for students in secondary vocational colleges,and research on corresponding teaching methods has become an inevitable trend.Problems such as insufficient learning motivation,lack of interest in learning and difficulty in continuing to focus on the classroom are still common in secondary vocational colleges.In response to these problems,tentative teaching experiments are needed to test whether the new teaching methods can effectively solve or alleviate these problems.As the key direction of the current vocational education and teaching reform,project teaching method has the characteristics of student-centered,group-based,and project-based learning unit.While allowing students to learn professional cultural knowledge,project teaching method also cultivates the Comprehensive abilities such as analyze problems,teamwork and independent thinking,etc.,it is a people-oriented teaching method.The "Front Office Service and Management" course is a key course for tourism-related majors in secondary vocational colleges which is difficult to learn.Because the strong Practicality,the course conforms to the characteristics of the project teaching method,so it was selected for the research of this thesis.In this research process,the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and experimental method are mainly used.Firstly,by means of questionnaires and interviews to investigate and understand the teaching status of the "Front Office Service and Management" course in secondary vocational colleges,find out the teaching problems and analyze the reasons;then conduct teaching experiments,select the experimental class and the control class,the author and Teachers jointly design teaching projects,and use project teaching methods and traditional teaching methods to teach the selected modules;after the course is over,the teaching effect will be evaluated from multiple dimensions such as students,teachers,and enterprises.After analyzing the experimental results,it is found that the project teaching method compared with the traditional teaching method is improving students’ subjective initiative and creativity,stimulating students’ interest in learning,cultivating students’ sense of teamwork and collaboration,strengthening the combination of theory and practice,promoting teacher progress,and promoting schools.Enterprise cooperation and other aspects have been significantly improved,with the potential to popularize more courses in secondary vocational colleges. |
