China’s fourteenth five year plan clearly puts forward "increase human capital investment,enhance vocational and technical ability".The key requirement of "education adaptability" encourages the integration of enterprise education and industry education.Private higher vocational colleges need to transform according to the needs of social and industrial development,improve the quality of Vocational and technical education,teachers are the core factors to determine the development of private higher vocational colleges,strengthen the construction of teachers,improve the professional quality of teachers is an important work of private higher vocational colleges.H private vocational and technical college,with H automobile group as the only school running body,is a private vocational college with both the school running characteristics of private vocational colleges and strong group attribute.At present,it is facing the key stage of how to promote the development and transformation of the college by improving the professional quality of teachers.Based on the competency model theory and the theory of teachers’ professional development,this paper takes the teachers of H private vocational and Technical College as the research object,comprehensively adopts the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and empirical research,combined with AHP,and studies the problem of improving teachers’ professional quality.First of all,the paper uses AHP to design the questionnaire of teachers’ professional quality in H private vocational and technical college.Based on 360 ° evaluation thought,the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of teachers’ professional knowledge,professional ability and professional spirit from three perspectives of teachers,students and external experts.It is found that the comprehensive evaluation of the professional quality of teachers in H private vocational and technical college is low.There are mainly some problems,such as the lack of professional knowledge,the obvious lack of automobile industry knowledge,the low practical operation ability and teaching ability,and the weak concept awareness of the recognized college.Next,based on the survey data analysis,data analysis and interview conclusions,the paper finds that the main reasons for the improvement of professional quality of H private vocational and technical college are the poor training effect of teachers,heavy workload of teachers,imperfect incentive system,less communication and learning opportunities within the group,slack thinking of teachers themselves,insufficient accumulation of teachers’ professional knowledge and ability,etc.Based on this,based on the needs of teachers’ professional quality improvement,this paper puts forward the strategies and guarantee measures of teachers’ professional quality improvement.The research reveals the current situation,main problems and Improvement Countermeasures of teachers’ professional quality in H private vocational and technical college,enriches the case study results of professional quality,further expands the application research scope of professional quality,and also provides effective reference for similar private vocational and technical colleges to improve teachers’ professional quality and Vocational education adaptability.
