| With the development of mobile Internet,it has effectively broken through the limitations of time and space.Drived by the COVID-19 epidemic,online education in China has entered a period of explosive growth,and the public has gradually accepted and adapted to such knowledge acquisition methods.The continuous influx of new institutions brings great competitive pressure to the existing institutions.In such fierce market competition,how to survive and develop better is a problem that every online vocational training institution must consider.Building an effective brand building strategy is the key to help online vocational training institutions improve their internal management,highlight their advantages and stand out in the market competition.Private online,the author of this paper researches on the branding strategy vocational training institutions,private online RH vocational training institutions,for example,analysis of agency profile and brand development as breakthrough point,to clarify the online brand development status quo of vocational training institutions,through interviews and observation to know its branding experience,analyzes its existing problems and influencing factors,and put forward for RH the optimization strategy of private brand shaping online vocational training institutions.The following conclusions can be drawn from this study:(1)RH Private Online Vocational Training Institutions in the process of brand shaping brand positioning accuracy,market segmentation;brand network marketing to the extreme,fine work;brand customer service system is sound,thoughtful service.(2)The brand shaping of RH Private Online Vocational Training Institutions is affected by many factors,such as course cost,teaching staff,teaching effect,service attitude,reputation image and so on.In the face of the increasingly fierce competition in the online vocational training market,the key to shaping the brand of private online vocational training institutions is to fully understand the internal and external environment faced by online vocational training institutions,determine the existing problems in brand shaping,and formulate scientific brand shaping strategies.(3)In the actual operation process,RH Private Online Vocational Training Institutions are faced with such problems as poor brand image design effect,single brand communication mode,incomplete brand construction system,lack of brand protection,lack of brand manpower and so on RH Private Online Vocational Training Institutions brand shaping related system construction is not perfect,the lack of scientific brand shaping methods and lack of investment in brand shaping and other reasons.(4)In the face of the current RH private branding online vocational training institutions,at the same time combining previous theory proposed by branding,and is based on the practical experience from the brand positioning,brand image design,brand image,brand image and popularization construction and maintenance for branding strategy design considerations in four aspects,and puts forward the specific optimization measures,such as enhancing brand image design work,expanding online course channels,enhance brand system construction,enhance the personalized service,registered trademark application for intellectual property rights,to strengthen the construction of professional branding personnel,increase the investment in branding,provide greater guarantee for brand shaping. |
