| From January 10 to 11,2020,at the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping issued important instructions on giving full play to the leadership of the party committee and the leading role of the government to deepen the development of the sport and education integration policy with Chinese characteristics.On August 31,2020,the General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education also issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sport and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents",and put forward the following opinions on the construction and development of sports teams in various universities,middle and elementary schools: Strengthen university sports teams Build and improve the popular sports event system,strengthen the construction of traditional sports events in primary and secondary schools,deepen the reform of the management system of sports schools,encourage the development of social sports organizations,and upgrade the training model of sports teachers and coaches.Require large,middle and elementary schools to upgrade the establishment of school sports teams while extensively carrying out intramural competitions.Encourage students to actively use their spare time to train to join the team and participate in regional or national leagues.Encourage the construction of college sports teams.On the basis of increasing the team size of collective ball events.Slow pitch softball is a baseball series of competitive sports that both boys and girls can participate in in colleges and universities.It integrates fitness,entertainment,and competition.It has the characteristics of simplicityeasy learning,unity,bravery,wisdom,and strong interest.Simplified the original complicated rules of baseball.Since the slow pitch softball project of the1 h Jiangsu Provincial Games in 2010 was included in the university competition,the university baseball and softball project in Jiangsu Province has taken slow pitch softball as the main development project.With the slow pitch softball competition and the development of the course There are more and more schools,and more and more teams of slow pitch softball are formed in universities in Jiangsu Province.Slow pitch softball has achieved good popularity and development in universities in Jiangsu Province,but it is far from enough.This study takes part in the 2020 Jiangsu University Slow Pitch Softball Competition-16 male and female mixed slow pitch softball teams as the main research object,using literature data,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,mathematical analysis and other research methods.The slow-pitch softball team members and coaches of ordinary colleges and universities in the province are the subjects of investigation.The composition and training situation of slow-pitch softball team members and coaches,as well as the school’s financial support for the team and the situation of the field equipment are investigated,and the Jiangsu Province is analyzed.The development status of slow-pitch softball teams in ordinary colleges and universities,find out the problems in their development,and put forward the countermeasures for the development of slow-pitch softball teams.Research conclusions: Firstly,the slow-pitch softball team in general colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province is still in its infancy and development stage,and the player selection mode is relatively single;some players have impure motivation to participate in training,a weak sense of collective honor,and insufficient frequency of students’ participation in the training.Secondly,The source of funds for the slow-pitch softball team in Jiangsu Province is single,the amount of maintenance funds is insufficient,and the school pays little attention to the team.Thirdly The training intensity of the previous month’s training camp was not reasonable enough.Finally The field and equipment of the slow-pitch softball team in ordinary colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province cannot be fully guaranteed,and it is easy to cause conflicts with other teams due to the venue.The amount of personnel courses,etc.),team factors(team funding,etc.),player factors(training years,etc.),and school factors(equipment conditions,content,etc.). |
