Research On The Cultivation Path Of Residents’ Subjectivity In Urban Community Governance ——Taking M Community In Chongqing As An Example

Urban communities are an important area of community governance in my country.At present,urban communities in my country mainly rely on administrative power to govern unilaterally.Few residents regard themselves as community masters and cannot actively participate in community governance.The participation of residents’ communities is relatively lacking.How to awaken residents’ sense of ownership,how to enhance their willingness and ability to participate in the community,so as to cultivate residents’ subjectivity are the main problems facing the current urban community governance.Only by giving full play to the unique strength of the vast community of residents and making them actively participate in community governance can we solve the problem of surface and simplification of residents’ participation and achieve real good community governance.Social work has unique advantages in investigating residents’ needs and cultivating residents’ subjectivity.This paper takes the M community as the research site,uses the survey method and the action research method as the research method,takes the empowerment theory as the guidance,and uses a series of professional methods and skills of social work to cultivate residents’ subject consciousness and participation ability,in order to cultivate residents’ awareness and participation ability.subjectivity and achieve good governance in the community.This study found that the residents of M community lacked the subjectivity.Through data analysis,it is found that the residents of the M community lack the awareness of the main body of community participation,the willingness to participate in the community is weak,and the actual community participation is less,the scope of participation is narrow,and the degree of participation is still shallow.Through in-depth interviews,it is found that the main reasons for the lack of residents’ subjectivity are the lack of the guiding and educational function of the community neighborhood committee,The residents’ community rights and responsibilities are unbalance,and the residents’ ability to participate in the community is insufficient.Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate residents’ sense of ownership and community participation ability,and guide residents to recognize their rights and obligations as community owners,so as to actively participate in community public affairs.Social work has the advantages of policy advocacy,professional methods and values in participating in the cultivation of residents’ subjectivity,and cultivates residents’ subjectivity through a series of professional methods and skills.First,social workers know the real needs of residents through needs survey;second,take traditional festivals as an opportunity to encourage residents to participate in enthusiasm,and at the same time find community activists,take community public welfare activities as an opportunity,and create a volunteer service community according to residents’ wishes.Enhancement classroom training such as volunteer basic knowledge training,psychological classroom and visiting skills training enhances residents’ volunteer service ability;thirdly,social workers,as coordinating explorers,use open space conference technology to guide community members to formulate volunteer service conventions and introduce relevant incentives mechanism;finally,social workers guide community members to plan service plans and implement actions themselves.Through a series of professional methods and skills,residents’ sense of ownership has been initially formed,and their ability to participate in the community has been gradually enhanced.The disadvantage of this study is that the participating residents are few,and they are mainly active residents in the community,with few new residents joining.The cultivation and strengthening of residents’ subjectivity is a long-term process,which cannot be achieved overnight,and the construction of residents’ subjectivity is difficult to achieve only by relying on a single resident subject.Only when the subjects construct the subjectivity of each other is more likely to strengthen the subjectivity of the residents,so as to truly realize the good governance of the community.As the accumulation of practical experience and the exploration of paths,this research is expected to provide a certain reference for solving the current problems of low participation rate in residents’ communities and lack of residents’ subjectivity.
