| Research shows that the individual subjective well-being level can reflect the mental health status of the stage,the main purpose of this study was to investigate a secondary vocational students parents upbringing,self-esteem,and the relationship between subjective well-being,and examine the self-esteem by regression analysis in the way of parenting intermediary effect between the different dimensions and subjective well-being.In this study,the brief parenting style questionnaire,the Overall well-being Scale and the Rosenberg Selfesteem Scale were selected from 16 classes of grade one,grade two and grade three in a secondary vocational school in Yangzhou,and 820 questionnaires were distributed.Finally 777 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 94.76%.SPSS25.0.0 was used to analyze the data,and the research results are as follows:1.Demographic variables such as grade,fathers education level and growth environment have significant differences in self-esteem and subjective well-being of secondary vocational students;The growing environment of secondary vocational students has a significant difference in the dimension of parental emotional warmth,among which the parental emotional warmth of secondary vocational students is the highest.2.There is a significant correlation between subjective well-being,self-esteem and parenting style of secondary vocational students.Parental emotional warmth is significantly positively correlated with happiness,parental rejection and parental overprotection are significantly negatively correlated with happiness,parental emotional warmth is significantly positively correlated with self-esteem,parental rejection is significantly negatively correlated with self-esteem,and self-esteem is significantly positively correlated with subjective wellbeing.3.The self-esteem of secondary vocational students plays a partial mediating role between the dimension of parental emotional warmth and subjective well-being,and a partial mediating role between the dimension of parental rejection and subjective well-being,and no mediating role between the dimension of parental over-protection and subjective well-being.Conclusion:Parents emotional warmth indirectly affects their subjective well-being through their self-esteem,and parents rejection indirectly affects their subjective well-being through their self-esteem. |
