Research On Career Planning Among Elite Bodybuilders At Colleges And Universities ——Based On Case Study Of Five Institutions Wuhan Sports University

Strengthening the education and guidance of College Students’ career planning,cultivating college students’ awareness of career planning,and guiding college students to actively apply relevant knowledge for career planning is of great significance to solve college students’ employment.Career planning is not only a theory,but also has important practical value,which helps individuals better understand themselves,and scientifically plan the orientation,goal and direction of future career development,so as to realize individual value.In recent years,driven by the concept of "comprehensive fitness",the fitness market is expanding,the fitness in Colleges and universities is developing rapidly,and the number of fitness athletes is increasing.Compared with ordinary college students,college bodybuilders have to face the dual pressure of training and study at the same time,and they are relatively uncompetitive in the job market.Especially in recent years,the scale of fitness and bodybuilding specialty has been expanding.Even the excellent athletes of this specialty are difficult to obtain advantages in the job market.Therefore,taking the excellent bodybuilders from five universities as the object,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and case analysis,this paper studies the current situation of career planning of excellent bodybuilders in Colleges and universities from three aspects: the athlete himself,the athlete’s University and the athlete’s family,and summarizes the problems existing in the process of career planning of excellent bodybuilders,And put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.After research,the main conclusions are as follows:（1）College elite bodybuilders do not have a clear understanding of themselves;Poor understanding of specific career requirements and career development prospects,unsatisfactory effect of career plan formulation and completion,and high career expectations;Some elite athletes pay too much attention to the weight of previous achievements in career planning,resulting in self cognitive errors,and can not adjust career goals according to the actual situation,resulting in inaccurate career positioning and high expectations.（2）Counselors and Employment Department teachers are the main teachers of career planning courses.The teaching methods and assessment forms are relatively single,which leads to the unsatisfactory effect of career planning courses in Colleges and universities.Teachers lack professional participation（3）The parents of elite bodybuilders in Colleges and universities have low cultural level,do not know enough about the current employment situation,do not provide objective and effective suggestions in their children’s career planning,and blindly plan their children’s career choice in the future.Many bodybuilders believe that parents are deeply involved in their career planning.In career planning,college students should be the main body,and parents should be the "staff" and "assistant" in college students’ career planning.（1）College elite bodybuilders and their families attach importance to career planning,and colleges and universities have also given corresponding help and support.As for excellent bodybuilders,they pay attention to collecting relevant professional information from multiple channels,pay more attention to self-improvement,actively improve their professional quality,and use their spare time to obtain various certificates.As for excellent bodybuilders,their families also actively participate in their children’s career planning.Major colleges and universities have given guidance and education to the career planning of excellent bodybuilders,established corresponding institutions,implemented personnel,and adopted various measures,such as setting up special courses,holding lectures,inviting excellent graduates to return to school to introduce experience,multi-level publicity and so on.（2）There are also some problems in the career planning of elite bodybuilders in Colleges and universities.As far as the athletes themselves are concerned,there are some problems,such as unclear professional orientation and high professional expectation.From the perspective of the parents of excellent bodybuilders,there is a situation of excessive participation and even replacing their children（athletes）themselves as the main body of the plan.From the perspective of colleges and universities,some athletes believe that the effect of college career planning course is not ideal.（3）Many reasons lead to the problem of career planning of elite bodybuilders in Colleges and universities.From the perspective of excellent bodybuilders themselves,the main reasons are unclear self-awareness and insufficient feedback adjustment.From the perspective of parents,parents lack the thinking of fair communication with their children in the career planning of excellent fitness athletes.From the perspective of colleges and universities,the unsatisfactory effect of career planning curriculum is related to the lack of professional participation in Colleges and universities.（4）Suggestions on improving the career planning of excellent bodybuilders in Colleges and universities.Excellent bodybuilders in Colleges and universities should objectively understand themselves and formulate reasonable career goals.The family members of excellent bodybuilders should do a good job in equal communication with their children（athletes）in their career planning.As for excellent bodybuilders studying in Colleges and universities,we should enrich the professional strength of career planning and strengthen the construction of relevant teachers.In the social aspect,the government should strengthen the prevention of online job search channels,and enterprises should actively participate in building a school enterprise cooperation platform.
