Physical education and aesthetic education have become hot and key issues in the field of educational research in China in recent years.The aesthetic function of sports has been in existence since ancient times and determines its aesthetic value,which provides a possibility for the development of physical education aesthetic education.In the actual teaching,the aesthetic value of sports determines that many college teachers will carry out sports aesthetic education intentionally or unintentionally in the actual teaching.In order to understand the implementation of physical education aesthetic education in public physical education classes in Jiangxi province colleges and universities,the influencing factors and provide valuable reference for its better development,this paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey,logical analysis and other methods to carry out investigation and research,and the results concluded that.1.It has an important role and significance to carry out physical education and aesthetic education in colleges and universities,which can make up for the shortage of teachers of aesthetic education in colleges and universities,improve the efficiency of teacher utilization,promote the diversification of forms of aesthetic education in colleges and universities,release the functional value of physical education courses,and promote the integration and development of different types of quality education.2.The cognition of physical education and aesthetic education among teachers and students in Jiangxi province colleges and universities is at an average level.In terms of the cognition of the relationship between sports and aesthetic education,both teachers and students are in the state of plausible understanding,not clear enough;the understanding of the form of sports beauty and the function of sports aesthetic education,teachers and students are more inclined to the external physical quality beauty level,while the more connotative quality of will and sports moral beauty are at a low level;however,a large proportion of teachers think that it is important to carry out sports aesthetic education in physical education However,a large proportion of teachers think that physical education is important,very important or very important.3.In terms of implementation,the curriculum of public physical education elective courses in Jiangxi universities is rich,which provides certain curriculum resources for the development of physical aesthetic education;at least half of the physical education teachers think they have carried out physical aesthetic education,but the number of those who have taken the initiative to do so consciously is still low;the content of physical aesthetic education that teachers have implemented and think they should implement is still more focused on external beauty such as physical beauty;the teaching methods are still too focused on the traditional level.Many schools’ physical education class evaluations lack the content of physical education aesthetic education,and even fewer teachers carry out aesthetic education research.4.Like cognition,the beauty most easily felt by students in physical education is also physical beauty,but the difference is that nearly half of the students have a good experience of the beauty of the quality of will,while the feeling of the beauty of sports morality is significantly lower;different types of beauty have their own characteristics of expression and require different means and methods to carry out physical education aesthetics,and the survey found that students’ expectations of the means and methods of teaching physical education aesthetics also change with the different types of physical education aesthetics.The different types of aesthetic education change,reflecting the inner hope of college students for diversification of education and teaching methods;the content of students’ evaluation of physical education courses is not consistent with teachers’ attitudes,and students are more inclined to diversification and balance,not based on grades.5.The importance of relevant school leaders,teachers’ knowledge of physical education and aesthetic education,teachers’ teaching methods,teaching venues and hardware are important factors affecting the implementation of physical education and aesthetic education,which should be focused and targeted to solve when universities carry out physical education and aesthetic education.
