| Higher vocational colleges undertake the important responsibility of cultivating skilled talents in production,construction,management and service for the country,and shoulder the mission of cultivating talents for economic and social construction and development.In this context,as the backbone of the school,student cadres are the organizers,coordinators and executors of school education,management and service among students,and the link between students and schools and teachers.Student cadres play an important role in the work of students in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it is of great significance for colleges and universities to formulate a scientific training mechanism and improve student cadres’ all-around ability.However,due to the school,family,social and other reasons,there are some problems in the training mechanism of student cadres in higher vocational colleges,such as the inappropriate selection mechanism,training mechanism,assessment mechanism and incentive mechanism,and insufficient security mechanism.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problems,reasons,and countermeasures about the training mechanism of student cadres in higher vocational colleges.Taking Sichuan Chang Jiang Vocational College as the research object,this paper,based on the theory of the public sector force resource management theory and public sector performance management theory,uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview and observation,makes an on-the-spot investigation on the instructors and student cadres of four secondary colleges of Sichuan Changjiang Vocational College,Youth League committees,community organizations and classes,and finds that in the process of training student cadres,Sichuan Changjiang vocational college is faced with such difficulties as a nonstandard selection mechanism,imperfect training mechanism,imperfect incentive mechanism,unscientific assessment mechanism,and inadequate guarantee mechanism.This paper discusses the main reasons,which are students themselves and their families,school training,and social factors,and then puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the training mechanism of student cadres in higher vocational colleges.The main contribution of this paper is that it systematically puts forward suggestions for the optimization of the training mechanism of student cadres in higher vocational colleges;that is to say,it suggests school,society,and family collaborate to improve the selection mechanism,training mechanism,assessment and incentive mechanism,security mechanism,etc.,so as to make a modest contribution to the construction of student cadres in higher vocational colleges in the new era. |
