Research On The Integrated Development Of Staff Sports And Community Sports In Ordinary Small And Medium-sized Cities

Since the reform and opening up,the development speed of China’s economy,culture and social undertakings has been accelerating,and the awareness of employees’ sports activities in enterprises and institutions has been increasingly enhanced,which provides internal and external impetus for the development of workers’ sports.However,with the gradual perfection of the community management mechanism in China,it has provided a driving force for the formation and development of community sports,and the integration of staff sports and community sports has become a new development direction and trend.This paper takes this as a breakthrough point to discuss the problems and solutions of the integrated development of worker sports and community sports.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,under the guidance of Marxist Demand Theory,system theory and other theoretical basis,investigates and visits the development of enterprise staff sports and community sports in Macheng,compares staff sports and community sports,and further analyzes the relationship between them,This paper explores the activity elements of the integration development of staff sports and community sports,and gives the necessity and feasibility of the integration development of the two.On this basis,this paper investigates the current situation of employees’ sports and community sports development in Macheng enterprises,and finds out the problems encountered in the integration development of employees’ sports and community sports.Most community sports activities are scattered,with few professionals,lack of guidance and standardization of sports management,and limited space and funds.On the problem of integrated development,it is mainly manifested as the difference of understanding of worker sports and community sports,the obstacle of management system,the problem of complementary advantages,the problem of resource sharing,and the lack of operation mechanism of community sports.Based on the domestic and foreign worker sports and community sports development experience,according to the current macheng sports development present situation and problems,is given to the community as the main body fusion method and Suggestions in enterprises as the main body of the fusion way,at the same time Suggestions to strengthen the community sports and worker sports resources sharing,build to improve the operating mechanism of community sports.
