In this study,Hongta Group staff sports management mechanism as the main research object,Hongta Group staff sports as the research object,fully combined with literature analysis,field investigation and interview,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and mathematical statistics,The method of logical analysis makes a research and analysis on the management mechanism of staff sports of Hongta Group and the development process,influencing factors,morphological characteristics,cognitive degree,employee participation,etc.,and uses SPASS software to carry on the statistics to the survey data.This paper investigates and analyzes the influencing factors of staff sports development from the perspective of staff sports management mechanism,and puts forward the sports management of staff and workers in Hongta Group.Mechanism and suggestions for the development of sports for staff and workers.The main findings of the study are as follows:In the development process of Hongta Group,staff sports experienced the stage of starting,exploring,establishing,steady and promoting.Its management mechanism is embodied as follows: the dynamic mechanism relies on the needs of corporate culture construction of Hongta Group and the demand of staff and workers for daily sports and fitness activities;The operation mechanism effectively promotes the red tower group marketing to create the value,accumulates the wealth realistic need,effectively ensures the worker sports activity fund source,the sports venue supporting facility construction and the maintenance,is the development worker sports activity premise and the foundation;The strong executive force of the restraint mechanism can ensure the regularization of the staff sports control mechanism,thus ensuring the effective and sustainable sports of the staff and workers in Hongta Group.The purpose of this paper is to promote the integration and development of staff and workers' sports management mechanism.The development of
