Research On The Development Path Of CUBA League In Hubei Province Under The Background Of Sports And Education Integration

With the proposal of "opinions on deepening the integration of sports and education to promote the healthy development of teenagers",the integration of sports system and education system has become an inevitable trend,and all kinds of colleges and universities will become the base of cultivating sports reserve talents.Only through more in-depth integration and communication between colleges and high-level basketball can we cultivate more high-level reserve talents in basketball.With the deepening of China’s education system reform,basketball,which is widely loved by college students,has shown great vitality in Colleges and universities.Colleges and universities in basketball and other aspects should be how to develop,and the future trend is what,for this problem,college sports workers should be more profound thinking.Especially when the current CUBA League is widely carried out in all provinces and cities of China,we should strengthen the research.This paper hopes to find out some problems and deficiencies in the development of Hubei CUBA Basketball League under the background of sports education integration,and analyze the causes of these problems,so as to provide a new and effective path for the future development of Hubei CUBA Basketball League.By using the methods of literature review,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and expert interview,this paper investigates and studies the current situation and path of the development of Hubei CUBA League under the background of sports education integration among some staff,players,coaches,referees,experts and leaders who participate in Hubei CUBA League,This paper puts forward the path to promote and improve Hubei CBUA League.The conclusions are as follows(1)The current situation of the development of Hubei Province CUBA League is as follows: the arrangement of competition system is not perfect and needs to be improved on the basis of the current competition system;The selection of players mainly depends on single enrollment,college entrance examination and high-level enrollment.The selection channels mainly come from High School Students League,provincial and municipal sports schools and Cuba talent training base;In terms of the cultivation of basketball reserve talents,it is mainly carried out through China’s high-level basketball reserve talents base,national youth campus basketball characteristic schools,and high-level basketball reserve talents base in Colleges and universities;The average age of the players is not more than 22 years old,and most of them are from public majors;Most of the coaches are 40-50 years old,most of them have master’s degree,and few of them have professional sports team experience;Most of the referees are male,most of them are under 35 years old;The daily training of the team is mostly arranged in the afternoon or evening,and the players can basically get training during the winter and summer vacation;There are a lot of basketball courts in Colleges and universities,but there are few equipment venues that can carry out special physical training.(2)After the SWOT analysis of Hubei Province CUBA League,we know that the internal advantages of Hubei Province CUBA League development are that it has a good mass base,the league’s own positive positioning and the league is conducive to promoting the integration of sports culture among colleges and universities;The internal disadvantages are low competitive level,poor appreciation,lack of talent training system and imperfect talent selection mechanism;The external opportunity is that colleges and universities pay more attention to the league,and the league’s propaganda and promotion is strengthened;The external threats are the lack of funds,the low overall influence of the league and the lack of sports culture function of the league.According to the ranking of experts’ scores,the influencing factors of the development of Hubei CUBA league are mainly divided into imperfect competition system,imperfect league management system,conflict between players’ learning and training,inadequate supervision and management of referees,unscientific assessment,incentive and evaluation system of coaches and so on.(3)Hubei Province CUBA League development path: from the macro level,to achieve effective linkage from the superstructure design to the lower organization operation;We should realize the effective linkage among various social subjects;It is necessary to realize the effective linkage among different stages and types of schools.From the medium level,we should improve the competition system and management system.From the micro level,we should optimize the selection and training of players,improve the selection and training methods of coaches,strengthen the supervision and training of referees,solve the contradiction between learning and training,and increase the investment.
