Research On Campus Security Management Of S Middle School In Kaizhou District,Chongqing

Middle school students should be studying in relaxing and safe environments.However,recent years have witnessed so many accidents that happened to them,including food poisoning,falling off from teaching buildings,falling ill and sent to hospital because of the addiction to the video games in illegal Internet bars outside schools,being hit by automobiles outside the school gates,etc..The Chinese government,the Ministry of Education and people from all walks of life attach great importance and continuous attention to these accidents.Although some related departments have introduced policies and regulations in relation to middle school safety management in Kaizhou District,Chongqing,the accident occurence rate in S middle school of Kaizhou District has not been effectively slowed down;the safety management problem in S middle school remains to be settled.Based on a preliminary investigation into the current situation of safety management in S Middle School,through questionnaires and based on the theory of school safety management,this paper finds out that the current safety management system in S Middle School is incomplete;and the supporting facilities of school safety are not up to the standard;the health and epidemic prevention of the school is flawed;the safety education of the teaching staff and students is not comprehensive;the safety management of the school roads and surroundings is not standardized.This paper analyzes these problems one by one and reaches the conclusion that the causes of these problems include the imperfect management system of school safety,the insufficient investment in school safety management,lack of safety awareness by the person-in-charge,teaching staff and students,lack of innovation in safety education,and lack of cooperation by the relevant government departments.By learning from the measures taken by certain middle schools in some developed countries and other domestic middle schools in relation to safety management,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for S Middle School in Kaizhou District of Chongqing:establishing a new mode of grid-based school safety management;increasing investment to improve teaching safety facilities;strengthening the construction of school safety management to provide a safer educational environment;enriching the content of safety education and innovating the mode of safety education;establishing a social linkage mechanism,which can serve as a reference for the development of school safety management in S Middle School of Kaizhou District,Chongqing.
