Bullying is a kind of systemic power abuse,is a bully rely on their own power to long-term damage behaviour of vulnerable groups,is a kind of special type of aggressive behavior,in addition to the schools, teachers and society’s various efforts to reduce adolescent aggression, more should be focused on students themselves,to explore such gruesome aggressive behavior what is the internal cause, how to more targeted for prevention and treatment of middle school students’ aggressive behavior is the main problem we faced.Starting from the questionnaire survey, this study using the general power scale,Rosenberg self-esteem scale, last name, preference test and aggressive behavior questionnaire, through the whole group of convenience sampling in three middle school in Shanxi Province and zhejiang province to issue 750 questionnaires and 732 effective questionnaires were taken back, after the recovery of data to statistical analysis using statistical software SPSS26.0,description and test for middle school students’ sense of power and explicit self-esteem,implicit self-esteem and the general characteristics of aggressive behavior and the differences of demographic variables, the relationship between the two the Pearson correlation analysis,On the basis of meeting the mediation test, explicit self-esteem was included into the model as a mediating variable, and implicit self-esteem was used as a moderating variable. The results showed that explicit self-esteem played a significant mediating role in the relationship between perceived power and aggressive behavior(B=-0.726,t=-5.518,P <0.001),and implicit self-esteem significantly moderated the "explicit self-esteem → aggressive behavior" pathway(B=-0.296,t=-2.253,P<0.05).Through discussion and analysis, the main conclusions are as follows:There is a significant positive correlation between the sense of power and aggressive behavior, that is,the higher the sense of power, the stronger the aggressive behavior, and Explicit self-esteem significantly negatively predicted aggressive behavior, that is,the higher the explicit self-esteem,the weaker the aggressive behavior.2.Explicit self-esteem plays a significant role in mediating between power sense and aggressive behavior, that is,power sense indirectly affects aggressive behavior through explicit self-esteem.3.The regulatory effect of implicit self-esteem in the relationship between power sense and aggressive behavior is significant. In middle school students with different implicit self-esteem,the prediction intensity of explicit self-esteem on aggressive behavior is different, and the higher implicit self-esteem is.Explicit self-esteem predicts aggressive behavior more stronglyBased on the above conclusions,we should actively prevent and properly deal with aggressive behavior, establish a crisis response team to quickly and effectively reduce the harm of campus aggressive behavior, timely psychological crisis intervention for students involved in campus bullying incidents,to minimize the harm and improve the level of mental health;Pay attention to the improvement of explicit and implicit self-esteem of middle school students, increase the proportion of self-awareness curriculum in mental health education curriculum, encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities, cultivate special skills, improve self-esteem;Special attention should be paid to students with a high sense of power,so as to timely relieve bad emotions and correctly guide students’ interpersonal communication concepts,so as to prevent aggressive behaviors caused by the abuse of high sense of power. |
