Research On Competence And Influencing Factors Of Five-star Kindergarten Nurse In Anshan City

Under the background that the state strongly advocates more fair and quality preschool education,whether the nurse,as an important teacher in kindergarten,can be competent for his own work will directly affect the quality of kindergarten care.This study tries to explore the influencing factors of kindergarten nurse competence on the basis of understanding the present situation of kindergarten nurse competence,and provide a useful reference for the promotion of kindergarten nurse competence.In this study,182 nurses in five-star kindergartens in Anshan City were investigated by questionnaire,observation and interview.It is found that the competence of five-star kindergarten nurses in Anshan City is good,but there are still the following problems in practical work :1.The professional knowledge of nursing staff is not comprehensive,and the ability of auxiliary educational activities is weak.The level of achievement motivation and professional identity are low.Further explore its influencing factors found that the lack of corresponding training to the nurse,a single way of training;the nurse work tasks,inadequate staffing;the social status of the nurse is low,pay is not high;The education,age and educational concept of the nurse affect the competence of the nurse.Based on this,the author puts forward the following suggestions: first,perfect the training system of nursing staff and improve their professional quality;second,raise the threshold of entry of nursing staff and perfect the management system of nursing staff;third,attach importance to the work of nursing staff and improve their professional identity.
