In March 2021,during the two sessions,people’s congress on how to strengthen labor education problems,and the concrete implementation advices of labor education: to further strengthen the value of family labor education guide,on the basis of learning and teaching type of actual conditions,to carry out the labor education,the construction of "the trinity" the coordination of education guarantee mechanism.Labor education is of great significance to the healthy growth of primary school students,but the author found that the implementation of labor education in primary school is not ideal.Therefore,the implementation of primary labor education has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,the author searches "labor education","labor education implementation" and other key words,and on the basis of reading literature materials,finds that scholars have more research results on the current situation of labor education implementation,but lack of research on the influencing factors of labor education implementation.Therefore,with the title of Research on Influencing Factors of the Implementation of Labor Education in Primary Schools--Based on the Interview and Survey of Five Primary Schools in L City,the author makes an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of the implementation of labor education based on the grounded theory.In this study,a total of 22 teachers from 5 primary schools in L city were interviewed,and their understanding of the implementation status of labor education in primary schools was investigated and analyzed.In particular,the influential factors of labor education implementation were interviewed,and the interview data of more than80,000 words was finally formed through recording and text conversion.Through the analysis of the interview data,on the basis of open coding,17 categories affecting the implementation of labor education are excavated:Labor consciousness,teachers’ ability,labor cognition,labor habits,labor teaching materials,policy understanding,safety factors,teachers,labor curriculum,family concept,utilitarian orientation,home-school cooperation,educational funds,exam-oriented education,assessment and evaluation,conditions and facilities,labor penetration.On the basis of open coding,four main categories are extracted through spindle coding: labor quality,school factor,social factor and situational structure.Through analyzing the logical structure of the four main categories,the logical connection of the four main categories is obtained: labor accomplishment is the internal factor of labor education implementation;School factors and social factors are the external factors of the implementation of labor education;Situational structure is the intermediary factor of the implementation of labor education.Labor quality,school factors and social factors play a mediating role in the implementation of labor education through situational structure.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the implementation of labor education,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of labor education in primary schools: guiding the role of internal factors in guiding labor education in primary schools;Emphasize the influence of external factors on the implementation of labor education in primary school;Give play to the adjustment function of situational structure to the implementation of labor education in primary school.
