Analysis On The Emotional Situation Of Food Safety Public Opinion Based On Emotional Semantic Space

Food safety is an important topic related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The public can obtain information about food safety from multiple channels.With the rapid development of Internet technology,the information dissemination speed is faster and wider.Therefore,once food safety events occur,it is easier to form a unique public opinion on food safety,which has the characteristics of low ignition point,fast diffusion,strong interaction,etc.Among the existing researches on food safety public opinion,few studies analyze the change of public opinion from the perspective of the emotions of netizens,the analysis of the evolution of public opinion and sentiment is of great significance to the governance of food safety public opinion.In view of this,a comprehensive use of quantitative analysis,literature analysis and case study methods to explore the emotional evolution mechanism of food safety public opinion,build emotional semantic space with fine-grained emotional expression,and use this to explore the evolution of food safety emotional situation,and follow my country’s food safety public opinion Emotional focus,and then provide support for the supervision and guidance of food safety public opinion.Take food safety public sentiment as the research object,and carry out emotional evolution research on the basis of fine-grained sentiment analysis.On the one hand,based on the PAD three-dimensional emotion theory,the emotional semantic space is constructed;using the emotional dictionary method as the framework,combined with machine learning algorithms to extract emotional words,the emotional words are mapped to the emotional semantic space,and the emotional value of the emotional words in the multidimensional three-dimensional space is determined.This constructs an emotional dictionary in the field of food safety based on emotional semantic space;Use the emotional lexical ontology database of Dalian University of Technology to classify emotional words into seven categories: "happiness","good","anger","sorrow","fear","evil",and "surprise" to improve the fine-grained classification of the emotional dictionary.On the other hand,on the basis of the constructed emotional dictionary,the emotional situation evolution model is established,which is different from the previous single public opinion life cycle division.The model adds a hierarchy based on the expression of emotional semantic space,and the emotional expression level in the food safety field is divided into three emotional orientations of self cognition,social development,and people’s livelihood and public opinion.Based on the above two models,cases are selected for empirical research.The case analysis results reflect that the emotional focus of food safety public opinion is focused on the outbreak period of public opinion,the emotional direction is mostly social development,and the emotion of netizens is focused on "anger",and the degree of emotional involvement is high,it is difficult to control their emotions.Therefore,according to the multi-dimensional analysis of complex emotions in the evolution stage of food safety public opinion,specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide reference for the public’s own food safety literacy improvement and related departments to do well in food safety public opinion work.
