The development and utilization of curriculum resources is an important issue in the new round of basic education curriculum reform.Teachers should learn to use the curriculum resources inside and outside the school reasonably,develop the curriculum and improve the teaching quality.As a province full of historical and cultural resources,Shandong Province has bred many excellent talents and rich historical celebrity resources.Primary school moral education is the top priority in primary school teaching.Attaching importance to the teaching of primary school moral education and strengthening the moral education of primary school students are of great significance to the cultivation of talents in line with the needs of social development.Based on the above basis,this paper chooses this research topic,the main purpose is to effectively introduce the rich resources of positive historical celebrities in Shandong into the primary school moral education classroom,which can enrich the teaching methods,stimulate students’ strong interest in learning,and innovate the moral education methods.Shandong is rich in historical celebrity resources,which provides the possibility for the development and application of teaching.Teachers should fully tap the excellent quality of historical celebrities,and bring the influence of historical celebrities into play in primary school moral education.However,in the investigation and research,it is found that in the real classroom,due to the weak teachers,the lack of objectivity in the treatment of historical celebrities,and the random use of references,there are many problems in the moral education teaching of primary schools,such as the use of positive historical celebrity resources in Shandong is less,the improper use,the overuse and so on.The development and utilization of historical celebrity resources is not ideal.This paper combs the positive historical celebrities in Shandong in different historical periods.On the basis of sorting out and classifying the historical celebrities,it takes the reality as the guidance,excavates the characteristics of the positive historical celebrity resources in Shandong,analyzes many problems in primary school moral education,and focuses on the methods and strategies of applying the positive historical celebrity resources in primary school moral education.At the same time,we also pay attention to some problems in the development and application of moral education in primary schools.Finally,through the classroom teaching design to verify its operability,and analyze its effect,provide reference methods and strategies for the application of positive historical celebrity resources in primary school moral education in Shandong Province.
