| With the continuous development of national fitness movement,especially the implementation of national fitness and healthy China strategy,the upsurge of mass fitness in the whole society is rising,and a large number of mass sports events are emerging.Ground Golf is a new popular leisure and fitness sport.In recent years,there are more and more mass golf events.In order to standardize Ground Golf,a new popular leisure sport,promote its healthy,scientific and sustainable development,and better serve the national fitness and healthy China strategy,this study adopts the methods of literature review,interview and field investigation,and combines with the practice of its own event organization,Based on the analysis and research of the current Ground Golf activities,this paper attempts to build a set of Ground Golf competition system and competition norms in line with the characteristics of sports and practical needs.In a narrow sense,the so-called Ground Golf competition system refers to an event system,which mainly includes three aspects: event level structure,event type and competition system.In the future,Ground Golf events should gradually form a pyramid level structure with a large number of grass-roots events as the tower base and large-scale international events as the tower top.Different from competitive sports,Ground Golf is a national fitness event leading a healthy lifestyle.In order to attract more people to participate,we can mainly organize and carry out a wide range of open competitions,regional Invitational competitions or exchange competitions,leagues(level competitions)among different groups of people,regional Championships,standard competitions of different levels,grass-roots(daily)friendly competitions and so on,We should also actively create IP events that are unique to the project.In order to improve the quality and level of competition,according to the possible situation in the future,a new competition system based on the round robin competition system and elimination competition system is proposed.Ground Golf competition standard refers to the systematic,standardized and procedural expression of completing various tasks of competition activities.It is the specific requirements of various work behavior standards of competition,and also the reference basis for carrying out Ground Golf competition activities.From the perspective of competition organization and management,according to the characteristics of Ground Golf competition,this paper discusses the organizational behavior norms of completing a competition from three aspects: before,during and after the competition.The pre competition norms include the behavior norms from the competition investment invitation,issuing rules to the compilation of order book.In competition norms are the norms of the formal competition process,including the behavior norms of athletes,referees,scorers,field guides and so on.The post competition norms include performance statistics and victory and defeat judgment,closing ceremony and award ceremony,as well as other post competition work behavior norms.Based on social practice,the construction of Ground Golf competition system and norms focuses on combing and expounding in theory.Integrating theory with practice enriches the theoretical achievements of the sport on the one hand,and provides theoretical basis and practical norms for its future healthy,scientific and sustainable development on the other hand. |
