An Experimental Study On The Influence Of 12 Week Land Physical Training On Swimmers’ Competitive Performance

Research purpose: under the background of the notice of strengthening land physical fitness issued by the State General Administration of sports in the new cycle,this study scientifically monitors and studies the water and land competitive performance ability and physiological indexes of athletes during training by increasing land training hours and setting a new proportion of land training plan,so as to help athletes improve their competitive performance.ResearchMethods: 14 swimmers of Shandong swimming team were studied,7 men and 7women,with an average age of 18 ± 2.6 years.After 12 weeks of closed training in Jinan national fitness center,that is,after the pre-test,three-stage planned intervention and test were carried out every four weeks.The training plan increases the intensity and amount of exercise in three aspects: foundation,consolidation and improvement.Water sports performance includes: 200 m main event results,number of turns underwater butterfly legs,200 m main event rowing results and 200 m underwater kick results.Land sports performance includes: pull up,vertical vertical jump,3000 m run,30 m sprint,12 minute run,abdominal muscle endurance,back muscle endurance and one leg squat.Physiological indexes include body fat rate,muscle mass and fat mass.The RPE value(subjective sensory fatigue rating scale)after each physical training was recorded.Biochemical indexes: red blood cells,white blood cells,hemoglobin and testosterone.Results: 1.Compared with before the intervention,the rowing quality of subjects’ water sports performance ability showed an upward trend after the training,but there was no significant difference after 4 and 8 weeks of the intervention(P > 0.05);After12 weeks of intervention,there was significant difference compared with the pre-test(P < 0.01).After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,the kicking quality of athletes was not significantly improved(P > 0.05);After 12 weeks of land training intervention,the main item scores of most players showed an upward trend with significant difference(P < 0.01).After the intervention,the performance of 50% of the team members increased steadily;28% of the team members achieved fluctuating growth;12% of the team members’ performance has not changed;The performance of 12% of the staff decreased.2.The test indexes of team members’ land performance ability: after 12 weeks of physical ability training,the 3000 meter running performance of men and women improved,and the difference was very significant(P < 0.01);The results of men’s 30 meter running were significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the results of women’s 30 meter sprint were significantly improved(P < 0.01);There was significant difference between male and female vertical jump performance(P < 0.05);There was significant difference in the duration of abdominal muscle stability between men and women(P < 0.01);there was significant difference in the duration of back muscle stability between men and women(P < 0.01);there was significant difference in the 12 minute running distance between men(P < 0.01).There was great difference between men and women in one leg squatting(P > 0.05)3.After the intervention,the muscle content increased,and the difference between men and women was very significant(P < 0.01);the fat content decreased.The intervention effect of women was significantly higher than that of men;the fat rate decreased between men and women,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).4.Except for testosterone value,other biochemical indexes were in the normal fluctuation range,and there was no significant difference(P < 0.05)Conclusion: 1.Land training physical fitness training can comprehensively improve the performance of swimmers,and has a significant effect on the players in the basic training stage.2.2.After 12 weeks of land training,the athletes’ upper limb ability was enhanced,mainly manifested in the increase of pull-up performance and rowing speed;The improvement of vertical jump,30 m and main event kick shows that physical training also has a good effect on the performance of lower limbs.3.12 week land training and physical fitness training can increase core strength and coordination ability,which is manifested in the increase of endurance time of abdominal and back muscles and the increase of squatting times on one leg.4.The physical training of land training has a good effect of increasing muscle and reducing fat,which is manifested in the increase of muscle content,the decrease of fat content and the decrease of body fat rate.The enhancement of physical training in land training can quickly promote the improvement of sports performance.Therefore,for the vast majority of athletes,the enhancement of land training and physical training can have a positive and comprehensive impact on their sports performance ability.
