Under the background of the development of Liddle Tree Man premise,the state requires colleges and universities in the country to carry out a phased innovation reform of teaching methods according to the new curriculum reform standards,so as to enhance the self-initiative of students’ learning.This study focuses on the effect of "contract learning method" based on goal-driven freestyle teaching,teaching according to the principle of teaching according to merit,and the goal learning theory,independent learning theory,constructivism theory and humanism theory as the theoretical basis of experimental research,and will select the relevant technical indicators of 200-meter freestyle(floating stability in water)according to expert interview method and "National Swimming Exercise Level Standard" and freestyle technical evaluation standard The average rowing frequency of 200 meters freestyle,200 meters with swimming range,200 meters swimming speed,200 meters of swolf,200 meters swimming speed index)and the change of students’ self-efficacy in the course of sports as the main test indicators of this experiment,and the data results are analyzed and integrated.In the course of the experiment,the students of The 2018 swimming special course of Shandong Sports College were selected as the experimental object,and the goal-driven contract learning method was used to study whether the technical index and self-efficacy in freestyle teaching were improved or not,and the experimental methods such as experimental method,interview method,literature method,mathematical statistics method and questionnaire survey method were used in the course of freestyle teaching to explore whether the use of goal-driven contract learning method had a certain effect on the average SWOLF in freestyle teaching.The following conclusions were obtained through the experiment: 1,freestyle sports skills,the P value of the experimental class and the control class are less than 0.05,showing significant differences.The freestyle motor skills of the pre-and post-experimental control group and the experimental group were effectively mastered,but the proficiency and improvement of the goal-driven contract experimental group were much greater than that of the control group,so the goal-driven contract teaching method could improve the relevant technical indicators of freestyle in freestyle teaching.2.In the data of students’ self-efficacy,there is a significant difference in P<.05 of self-efficacy index measured after teaching experiment.Using goal-driven contract learning method to improve freestyle-related technical indicators in freestyle teaching can also improve students’ sense of self-efficacy.
