Research On The Development Of Sanda In New China

Competition rules are the basic criterion for the development of modern sports,which directly affect the scientific and standardized level of sports.Since 1979,wushu Sanda Competition Rules have experienced rich practice and development,and gradually formed a set of national,scientific and normative Chinese fighting culture competition system.By using the methods of literature review,oral history,comparative analysis and expert interview,this paper takes the development and changes of new China’s Wushu Sanda as the object,and systematically investigates the influence of the evolution of competition rules on Wushu Sanda around the formulation and revision of Wushu Sanda Competition Rules.The main conclusions are as follows: 1 、 Before the reform and opening up,Wushu confrontation has not been developed.The development of Wushu Sanda is to comprehensively inherit and develop Chinese Wushu.The social background of reform and opening up,the efforts of Wushu predecessors and people’s blind understanding of Wushu are the driving forces of the modern birth of Wushu Sanda.2、The competition rules are developed on the basis of the combination of modern sports rules and traditional martial arts competition methods,the purpose of embodying martial arts techniques,the principle of safety and simplicity,and the combination of theory and practice.3、The development of new China’s Wushu Sanda has experienced the rebirth stage of "why to fight","how to fight","how to play well","how to play brilliantly" and "how to enter the Olympic Games".4、The influence of Sanda Competition Rules on the development of Sanda is mainly reflected in the following aspects: creating a fair and just competitive environment,promoting the balanced development of boxing and leg wrestling technology,improving the appreciation of the competition,strengthening the code of conduct of martial arts ethics,and guiding the development of Wushu Sanda to keep pace with the times.5、Sanda project reform should start from four aspects: opening the intelligent era,strengthening team building,improving competition rules and developing sports industry.6 、 The Enlightenment of 40 years of Wushu Sanda: to promote the innovation of competition system with the development of the times,to enrich the content of Wushu competition discourse with scientific theory,to construct competition rules with modern sports spirit,and to shape the cultural image of Chinese Wushu with international vision.The research suggests: 1、To reduce the human intervention in Wushu Sanda Competition,and improve the scientific,intelligent and standardized level of Wushu Sanda.2 、 Scientific and effective management of athletes,coaches and referees should be carried out to improve the level of athletes,coaches and referees.3、Under the principle of stability,applicability and standardization,we should improve the competition rules of Wushu Sanda and promote the standardization of competition rules and referee regulations.4、To enhance the international communication ability,to improve the international popularization rate of Wushu Sanda and speed up the pace of Wushu Sanda entering the Olympic Games.
