Research On The Influence Of The Changes In The Rules Of Sanda In My Country On The Techniques And Tactics

Wushu with a long history and constantly changing is an important inheritance of Chinese culture.It is an important member of traditional sports of China.Competitive Sanda is an important branch of Wushu in China.The rules of competitive Sanda will directly or indirectly influence the referee,venues,props,technology,tactics,etc.As a result,the perfect combination of rules,techniques and tactics is an important prerequisite for the survival and development of this sport.The rules revision of Sanda should not only adapt to its own characteristics,but also have a certain degree of leading the development of this sport.In the development of Sanda,it has different rule during different time.The rules improvement promote tactics and technology more and more reasonable.The competitive Sanda has developed rapidly after the reform and opening.In the course of more than 30 years development,opportunity always be side with challenge,glory live with dream.On the one hand,the development of Sanda sport promotes the rules improvement continuously.On the other hand,the continuous improvement of rules also makes the player’s technology and tactics more reasonable.This thesis starts from the relationship between the rules and the techniques and tactics,and it provide the basis for the further development of Sanda sports.The research object of this thesis is the rule change of Sanda sports in our country,especially the changes in recent ten years.It makes use of a variety collation methods of modern literature and data to find out its essence.Also,it analyzes the major changes in the rules of Sanda sports in more than 30 years and summarize the changes of the techniques and tactics.The final goal of this thesis is to put forward suggestions for Sanda improvement through the data analysis,expert interviews,questionnaires,et al.Firstly,it analyzes the changes of Sanda rules since the first edition published in 1982.In order to systematically analyze the changes of competitive Sanda rules in the past 35 years,six representative editions of the competition rules were selected for comparative analysis and research in this paper.It classifies the six representative competition rules from aspects of competition methods,hitting locations,quantification of scores,fines of referees and other related auxiliary means.It is found that the changes of rules are not repeated in a while through the analysis in this article.There are many repetitions and twists.It is certain that the development direction of competitive Sanda rules is more fair,more fasir and more objective,more ornamental and operational.Secondly,it studies the changes of technical and tactical system of Sanda in the past 10 years.Through the statistics and analysis of this article,it is clear that techniques and tactics of Sanda have undergone major changes from 2000.At the technical level,the traditional small whip-leg basically disappeared.As a result,the high-leg method became the mainstream of the leg technique.And the boxing became the most important attack score method.Moreover,wrestling skill has gradually reduced since the rules change.The other result of the more and more intense competition is that the combination techniques of boxing and leg have greatly increased.At the tactical level,the traditional defensive back tactics are being gradually replaced by offense and defense tactics due to the gradual acceleration of competition rhythm and the confrontation is becoming more and more intense.The essence of the technical and tactical change of Sanda competition in recent ten years is the rules change.The purpose of the rules change is to promote the faster and better development of Sanda sports.Finally,the author summarizes this article.The research in this paper shows that the change of Sanda rules promotes the change of technical and tactical.And the change of the technical and tactics of Sanda speeds up the integration of Sanda and international.It enhances the rhythm and appreciation of the competition,and promote fair and objective conduct of Sanda competition.The thesis puts forward suggestions on the development of competitive Sanda.First of all,the skills of boxing,leg and fall should be further development coordinated.At present,the development of wrestling method should be emphasized.Secondly,Sanda competition rules should be further revise and enhance its operation.The core of revise is to ensure the use of wrestling.Finally,the popularization and commercialization of Sanda should be further promoted.
