Research On The Cultivation Of University Spirit Of Shaanxi Private Universities From The Perspective Of Lide Shuren

The university is an important position for talent cultivation,and the university spirit is an important sign that the university exists independently and distinguishes it from other social institutions.The spirit of the university has important functions of educating people,such as standard orientation,encouragement and cohesion,and drive and encouragement.People who have no spirit will not stand up,and the spirit of a country will not be strong.Socialist colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics must condense and cultivate the "University spirit.Lide Shuren is the fundamental task of education,and the implementation of the fundamental task of Lide Shuren is conducive to creating an education situation where morality,intelligence,physical education,art and labor education in our country can be interpenetrated,and colleges,families,and all members of society can be fully educated in the whole process.The powerful synergy.In fulfilling the requirements of Lide’s fundamental task of cultivating people,colleges and universities must focus on the goal of cultivating talents in our country’s higher education-cultivating socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,art,and labor-to carry out the cultivation of university spirit.The fundamental task of Lide Shuren is the direction guide for colleges and universities to cultivate the university spirit,and the cultivation of university spirit by universities promotes the implementation of the fundamental tasks of Lide Shuren to highlight the actual effect.Shaanxi private higher education is an important part of our country’s higher education.Shaanxi private higher education has an important mission in promoting the connotative development of higher education and realizing the task of higher education modernization.Promoting Shaanxi private colleges and universities to attach importance to the cultivation of university spirit will help implement the fundamental task of Lide to cultivate people,build a spiritual home for teachers and students,enhance the school’s strength and influence in running schools,and effectively assume the university functions of serving the society.Through literature research and empirical research methods,we conducted an online questionnaire survey of more than 900 managers,teachers and students in 19 private universities in Shaanxi to explore the status of the cultivation of university spirit in Shaanxi private universities.Insufficient understanding of the connotation,insufficient education of the activity carrier of university spirit cultivation,insufficient humanistic connotation in the environment of university spirit cultivation,and lack of standardized system guarantee for the cultivation of university spirit.The reason is that there are formal problems in the cultivation of university spirit,the different interests of the diversified school-running subjects,the low synergy of the content and meaning of campus activities,the emphasis on material construction,and the neglect of culturally conscious pursuit,management mode and the governance internal structure is not sound and so on.In the new era,fulfilling the fundamental tasks of Lide and fostering the spirit of universities is the actual demand for the vigorous development of private universities in Shaanxi.Therefore,in terms of establishing the basic goal of university spirit cultivation,exerting the main force of university spirit cultivation,optimizing the environment and atmosphere of university spirit cultivation,promoting the carrier innovation of university spirit cultivation,and perfecting the university spirit cultivation system and mechanism,the strategy of Shaanxi private universities’ university spirit cultivation is proposed.,To create a harmonious situation of private colleges and universities in Shaanxi from inside to outside,classroom extracurricular,online and offline joint education,is the focus and key to improving the spiritual cultivation level of private colleges in Shaanxi.
