With the rapid development of Vocational Education in China,the quality of secondary vocational education and the quality of students’ learning have become the focus of attention of people from all walks of life.Some opinions of the Ministry of education on deepening the teaching reform of vocational education and comprehensively improving the quality of personnel training points out that vocational education "adheres to the connotative development road",and clearly points out the requirements of "comprehensively improving the quality of personnel training".As the front-end factors of learning activities,learning concept determines students’ learning processing strategies and learning input,and then affects students’ academic achievements and learning gains,thus determining the quality of students’ learning and talents.Therefore,it is of great significance to fully understand and explore the learning concept of nursing students in XX secondary vocational college for training qualified nursing professionals.First of all,this study defines the concept and types of students’ learning view theoretically,Learning View refers to the basic views and views of nursing students on nursing learning and its process,which can be divided into acquisition knowledge learning view and applied knowledge learning view;secondly,semi-structured interview was conducted to determine the structural dimension of learning view of students in this study;thirdly,self-developed nursing students’ learning concept of XX secondary vocational college The questionnaire of learning concept is used to verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire;then,the questionnaire survey of learning concept is carried out for the nursing students of XX secondary vocational college,and the data is statistically analyzed;finally,the structural interview is carried out according to the results of statistical analysis to further verify and analyze the reasons.Research findings: 1.The overall situation of the nursing students in XX secondary vocational college is good,and the students are more inclined to apply the concept of knowledge learning;2.There are differences in the learning views of different types of secondary vocational nursing students;3.The influencing factors of the learning views,individual variables,teaching organization variables and school management variables have a positive prediction on the learning views,But it has little influence.Finally,according to the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of nursing students’ learning view in XX secondary vocational college,put forward research suggestions: 1.School level: strengthen the role of moral education activities,give full play to the influence of culture education,actively promote the integration of theory and practice teaching reform,and establish a home school joint mechanism;2.Family level: change educational ideas,create a good family learning environment,and improve the quality of students’ learning Personal level: establish positive life goals,seek appropriate learning methods,and actively participate in community activities.
