| At present,China is vigorously implementing the Innovation-driven development strategy,and constantly introduced various policies to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The university-led industrial technology research institute connects the University and the market demand,selects appropriate projects from the laboratory,and more effectively pushes the scientific research results to the market through the transformation of technical achievements,technical services and other forms.In practice,these research institutes have made outstanding contributions to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China,but also gradually exposed a variety of problems,the most important of which is how to achieve sustainable development.The theory of business model can explain the logic process and the elements of value creation and acquisition of the organization.Therefore,finding a matching business model for the university-led industrial technology research institute can solve the problem of its sustainable development.Firstly,this thesis defines the university-led industrial technology research institute as a new research and development institution with the function of science and technology business incubator,and reviews the relevant theoretical research results in China and the practical experience of similar institutions abroad.Then,it summarizes and analyzes the general situation of the development of the university-led industrial technology research institute and the evolution process of its business model,and concludes that the professional incubator + capital model is a good model for the institute to achieve sustainable development.On this basis,using the business model canvas model and taking the multilateral platform business model as the overall design idea,the general business model of the university-led industrial technology research institute is obtained.In the end,this thesis makes a case study of XX Institute of Zhejiang University,Through the analysis of the case data,the problems and causes of its current business model are found.Combined with the characteristics and environment of the Research Institute,the thesis puts forward targeted suggestions and guarantee measures for the improvement of its business model.The research results show that the business model of the institute has the characteristics of professional model + angel investment.It is an effective way for the institute to achieve sustainable development by deepening its development with the idea of multilateral platform business model and promoting the transformation of its business model to the capital model with market-oriented investment fund. |
