Research On Optimization Of Business Model Of DH Education And Training Company

In recent years,with the increasing recruitment and competition pressure of higher education,the demand for higher education has been rising,more and more college graduates and employees of enterprises and institutions in China have chosen to find a way out.As a result,a large number of enterprises and institutions have been developed to provide graduate training.However,the industry's young,the difference between size and business,resulting in the business model selection and use are also different,and there is a series of phenomena such as unclear business model and vague profit model in the industry.Applying the business model canvas of Alexander Ostwalder,and combined with the Business management mode in DH education and the demand of future develop specific information and data.The tool of Alexander Osterwalder's business model were divided into three basic management module,four factors of customer modal and two financial modal.Additionally,three basic management model includes the key business,cooperation partner and the core resources.Customer module composed by customer relationship,value proposition,channel access.And than,Financial module includes two major elements: income and structure,which was used to study the specific case of management present situation and analyzed the current operation in DH education's company business.Through the perspective of DH education company business model to improve the operational efficiency and profitability in DH education.This paper aims to analyze DH education company's business model,in one hand can enhance DH education operational efficiency and profitability provides a series of methods and measures,on the other hand,with the universal education of postgraduate training as a reference,this emerging industry healthy and rapid development to provide theoretical and technical support.
