On The Cultivation Of Labor Values Of College Students In Xinjiang

As "the first historical activity of mankind",labor is the logical starting point of social history.People not only rely on labor to create living conditions,but also constantly examine and adjust their relationship with society and nature in this process.On the basis of material communication,they gradually improve their personality and pursue human liberation.The concept of labor value is a systematic value system based on people’s cognition of labor and its value,including positive labor value psychology,clear labor value goal,lofty labor value pursuit and conscious labor value practice.To establish a correct outlook on labor values is the ideological basis and value premise for people to objectively understand the nature of labor,fully understand the social and historical value of labor and the main body,clarify the value orientation of the proletariat in the labor field,continuously improve the comprehensive quality of labor,and consciously participate in the cause of strengthening the country.In March 2020,the central government issued the "opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening labor education in primary,middle and primary schools in the new era",which outlines the strategic layout of labor education in the new era from the top,highlights the important position of the cultivation of labor values,and emphasizes the necessity and urgency of leading and shaping the students’ labor values in each period.As a new force to push forward the goal of "the second century",the correctness of College Students’ labor values is not only related to their own healthy and all-round development,but also has a profound impact on the labor value tendency of all social members and social labor prospects.Therefore,the author takes the students of Shihezi University,Xinjiang University,Xinjiang University of Finance and economics,Xinjiang University of science and technology and Changji University as the main research objects,combines with relevant literature research,analyzes the problems and explores the reasons,and puts forward the path to promote the cultivation of labor values in Colleges and universities in the new era,It provides academic support for the labor force in the new era to establish the value concept of joining in the great cause of strengthening the country.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,which clarifies the practical background and academic significance of the research on labor values,summarizes the research status,and determines the research ideas.The second part defines the related concepts of the paper,puts forward the theoretical support and theoretical sources of the paper,and analyzes the importance of Cultivating College Students’ labor values in the new era.The third part uses the methods of literature research,field investigation and interview to summarize the main practices and achievements of the cultivation of labor values of college students in Xinjiang,the main problems existing in the cultivation of labor values of college students and the analysis of the reasons.In the fourth part,according to the actual situation of colleges and universities in Xinjiang,aiming at the problems existing in the labor values of college students in Xinjiang,the author puts forward the path to strengthen the cultivation of labor values of college students.The conclusion of this paper has certain guidance and reference value for further improving the effectiveness of the cultivation of Xinjiang University Students’ labor values and ensuring the realization of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents in Xinjiang universities.
