The Chinese nation has a long history,rich cultural heritage and a long history of patriotism.From Yue Fei in ancient times to Liu Hulan in modern times,all of them show the Chinese people’s love for the country and the spirit of selfless sacrifice.Even in the era of peace,we should internalize the spirit of patriotism and struggle,and actively cultivate the good value orientation and ability of college students in the new era The spirit of national rejuvenation.Since the nineteen Party’s Congress,General Secretary Xi has made many discussions on the promotion of patriotic spirit,and General Secretary Xi Jinping has also made a series of speeches on the cultivation of patriotic spirit of college students.In May 2,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the forum of teachers and students at Peking University: "young students should adhere to the correct values,cultivate good moral character and sentiment,study hard,and create excellent skills and skills." In the new historical period,cultivating college students’ patriotic spirit is not only the requirement of the times,but also the demand of social development.This paper adheres to the guidance of Marxist theory,using the method of literature,collecting and sorting out the overview and interpretation of academic experts on the spirit of patriotic struggle;using the method of comparative analysis,combing the development track of the spirit of patriotic struggle at home and abroad;using the method of questionnaire,in-depth understanding of the current situation of the cultivation of the spirit of patriotic struggle of college students in the new era,and according to the characteristics of the spirit of patriotic struggle of college students in the new era This paper summarizes the existing problems and causes of the cultivation of College Students’ patriotic spirit,hoping to put forward the measures to improve the cultivation of College Students’ patriotic spirit in the new era,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for further improving the consciousness of College Students’ patriotic spirit.This paper mainly consists of four parts: the first part is the introduction of related concepts and theoretical guidance.The second part is the Era Connotation and main content of the cultivation of College Students’ patriotic struggle spirit in the new era.The third part mainly analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of College Students’ patriotic struggle spirit in the new era in the form of questionnaire.The fourth part focuses on the specific path of the cultivation of College Students’ patriotic struggle spirit in the new historical period.
