Social Work Involves The Study Of Service Strategy And Evaluation Method Of Community Foster Care

To ease due to 0 ～ 3 years old infants and young children to take care of the conflict between production and family,19 big report clearly pointed out that in order to realize the infant’s family "in education",based on the State Council put forward "by 2025 the basic formation of nursery service system in our country" the task of target,and 19 of the fifth plenary session proposed "equal basic public services to realize the vision of",various social forces began to gradually attention and involvement in nursery field.In order to ensure the universal benefit of childcare services,the intervention of "non-profit" social forces such as social work is of great significance.Based on the basic principle of "policy guidance and preferential benefit" put forward by the Party and the government,and based on the analysis of empowerment theory,it is found that the establishment of community child-care service network is the entrance to solve the current problems of supply-demand imbalance of child-care service,lack of professional standards and evaluation index system.With the support of relevant policies and the guarantee of the system,it is feasible for social work to intervene in community childcare services.On the one hand,children(infants and young children)are the inherent service objects of social work.On the other hand,the experience of social work involved in other social services can be used for reference in the field of childcare services.In order to promote the establishment and improvement of the community childcare service system,based on the feasibility analysis of social work intervention in childcare services,it is believed that social work should adhere to the three principles of "focusing on indirect services","based on the macro perspective" and "committed to improving the quality of community childcare services" during the intervention process.In other words,like other social services,community childcare services belong to the field of public services,and social workers’ intervention is feasible.At the same time,in the process of intervention,social work needs to recognize its own professional advantages,find the correct positioning,commit itself to the management and operation of community childcare institutions,promote the undertaking and implementation of projects,and realize the evaluation and supervision of services.After clarifying the status of community childcare services and the feasibility of social work intervention,this study further explores the specific strategies of social work intervention in community childcare services.On the one hand,through the chi-square analysis and binary Logistic analysis and analysis of specific family nurture environment influence on nursery service selection,based on this perspective,this study will be 0 ～ 3 years old infants and young children families are divided into "low family support subjective intention","low family support high subjective intention","high support low subjective intention" and "high support high subjective intend to type" four kinds of theories,based on the four types of infants and young children families develop assessment service needs,the mining service requirements;"Guaranteeing basic rights and meeting child-care needs";"To meet diverse needs and create personalized services";"Maintain service quality,realize customer transformation" and other specific service strategies.On the other hand,based on the procedural logic model,Delphi method is adopted to construct the performance evaluation index system of community childcare services,and then "an empirical study on the achievement of performance evaluation of community childcare services based on evaluation indicators" is formulated."An Analysis of factors influencing the Performance of Community Childcare Services based on evaluation Indicators";Specific evaluation strategies such as "Path Optimization of community childcare Service Performance Based on evaluation indicators".From the two aspects of service and evaluation for social workers to intervene in the community childcare services for reference.
