| Learning activity is the most crucial activity of junior high school students,with the transformation of learning and living circumstances,the growth of curriculum quantity and difficulty,the examination and interpersonal communication will cause them to bear a certain degree of learning stress.As a special group,the change in the role of children to youth,their psychological tolerance and stability are poor,unable to release or improperly release learning stress easily lead to learning anxiety,and then harm their physical and mind health seriously.By studying the relationship between learning stress,learning anxiety and learning strategies,the author wants to understands the current situation of learning stress and learning anxiety in junior high school students furtherly,and to explore whether learning strategy is an efficient and meaningful learning skill and method to help junior high school students reduce the adverse effects of learning stress,improve their mental health level,and also provide reference for the psychological courses in junior high schools."Middle School Students’ Learning Stress Questionnaire","MHT Learning Anxiety subscale" and "Junior Middle School Students’ Learning Strategy Questionnaire" are the research tools of this study.Four junior middle schools(2 rural junior middle schools and 2 urban junior middle schools)in Guangyuan City,Sichuan Province were selected.Among them,900 junior middle school students were investigated by questionnaire.After data sorting and analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)There is significant difference in grade and school type of junior high school students’ learning stress.There are significant differences in gender,grade and school type of learning anxiety.There is significant difference in grade of learning strategy.(2)Junior middle school students’ learning stress,learning anxiety and learning strategy are significantly correlated.Among them,learning stress and learning anxiety are significantly positive correlation;Learning stress and learning strategy,learning anxiety and learning strategy are significantly negative correlation.(3)Junior high school students’ learning stress and learning strategies can predict the learning anxiety.Among them,learning stress has a significant positive predictive effect of learning anxiety.Learning strategies has a significant negative predictive effect of learning anxiety.(4)Junior middle school students’ learning strategies play a part of mediating role in learning stress and learning anxiety.Synthesizing the conclusion of this study,the author puts forward the following educational suggestions: First of all,attention should be paid to the cultivation of all students’ correct cognition of learning stress,learning anxiety and learning strategies;And then,while intervene the learning stress and learning anxiety,teachers should teach students in accordance with their talent consciously;Finally,improve the level of students’ learning strategies with scientific guidance. |
