Learning anxiety has become a common problem faced by contemporary students.In the present study,junior middle school students were selected as the subjects of the survey,and the MHT scale of learning anxiety measured 104 junior middle school students.The purpose of the investigation is to study the current situation of learning anxiety faced by junior middle school students and explore the methodological problem of infiltrating the content of learning anxiety in the course of ideological and moral education.This study begins with the overcoming of learning anxiety in mental health education,because the physiological age of junior high school students is in the sensitive period of youth,and just beginning to face the pressure of the entrance examination is easy to produce high level of learning anxiety and other undesirable emotional problems.The content of mental health education is more abundant and easier to combine in the textbook of ideological and moral education in junior middle school.Therefore,this research takes junior high school students as the research object and combines with junior middle school ideological and moral curriculum teaching materials.This study investigated the current situation of junior high school students' learning anxiety and the methodological problems of infiltrating the learning anxiety education in the junior middle school through the way of questionnaires.Based on the above research,the feasibility and methodological analysis of infiltrating the anxiety of learning in junior middle school ideological and moral curriculum.And then study how to better study in the junior high school ideological and moral courses to overcome the anxiety to overcome the method.In addition,this study also analyzes the structure of the ideological and moral teaching material of junior middle school.In the conclusion of this study,the author gives the measures and suggestions to overcome the anxiety of learning in the course of ideological and moral education in junior middle school. |
